  • I love the videos and they are very helpful. Thanks for making them. If I had one request it would be that at the start of each video the instructor started by saying what aircraft they are using and what versions of software they are using. Often when I try to reproduce the instructions I am searching through various aircraft that have similiar instrumentation. Many do not.

  • would this work with ipod touch? could u do ipod touch/iphone tuts

  • This is a Boeing 747

  • what kind of plane is it??

  • lol 270 knots under 10.000

  • Is your name Parker?

  • @drewbdoo225 no his name is nick......hmmm kinda rhymes with dick.

  • When I try to download airplanes when I use the plane it gives me some message and gives me the default plane!! I need help!!!

  • Nick why did Dan and you quit california air?! what happened?

  • Can u send me the link 4 this plane!!!!

  • Where are this beautiful custom panels from? On x-plane.org on section downloads I download some of planes, which you used in Tutorials, but they don't look so good.

  • Sorry more video!!! Thanks!!!

  • Please can you make mire video

  • Angle of Degree? WTF is that? do you mean BANK ANGLE LIMIT?

  • How can you play online? Thank you.

  • he is using the california airlines boeing 747

  • which plane are you using in this video?

  • thanks a lot for posting this video :)

  • now im gonna go to high school i get a laptop and im deciding between hp envy or macbook. but i dont wanna give up simming. i have fsx right now. so anyone have suggestions on which one is better?

  • @electroamtu765 Although using a PC for work would be easier, if you are looking at it from a gaming perspective only, the MacBooks have a slightly better graphics card, which would yield better results in X-Plane and FSX (in Boot Camp). Don't forget to keep your studies in mind, at which point compatibility would lean towards the envy.

  • @XPlaneTutorials Everything you said was incorrect. PC = Gaming, Mac = Work. PC has better graphic cards, prossecor, RAM, and etc...

  • @TheWarPlanet You cant even spell processor, are you sure i should take advice from you??

  • @markvesterskov Maybe because i am from a different country? Also fine, don't take my advice and ill be laughing at you once you get your Mac computer that wont be able to run the latest games. Go ahead get a $1000 Mac then computer it to a PC that's worth $700, you will see a difference.

  • @electroamtu765 It's bull crap saying using a PC for work is easier Macbook all the way : )

  • @JHPStudios Its more compatible with programs for work.

  • @XPlaneTutorials Nahhh if I need anything for PC on my mac I just get boot camp. Thats how I play FSX on my mac.

  • @XPlaneTutorials If (like you told him) he(or she) is running BootCamp to run FSX, they can use the Windows partition for Windows-only software, and then use the Mac HD(main) partition for everything else. I run BootCamp with my iMac. On the Windows partition I run FSX and my ATC radar software. That is the only thing I use Windows for, everything else works on my Mac.

  • @XPlaneTutorials What is the aircraft called?

  • good video, but change your voice,,, hate your voice hahaha, hate it so much rghh

  • how do you sign up for california air

  • I must say, that tutorial was great and since I'm from vancouver I was a little happy to see that someone actually took off from my home airport. thanks!

  • hahahaha it sounded like you said std button

  • hey man these are really good vids.i learned alot in like 5 min. thanks!

  • well, there has been fatal accidents cause the crew bumped auto pilot by accident,my question is why Air Line companies don't install a guard that will prevent the A/p get bumped?

  • While your tutorial for this autopilot is I'm sure accurate, it's operation on this model is completely unrealistic for a 747-400. The AP is not turned on with the Flight Director. ATHR should only arm the autothrottle You don't use the SPD button to activate FLCH. FLCH is a function itself. SPDS will just hold airspeed. FLCH will set the pitch at an angle to maintain that speed either in an ascent or descent.

  • i have a question...in your videos u have 3d buildings and stuff like that...i dont how do u get that?

  • no offanse r u a male or female?

by the way great video 5/5*

  • Thank you! Your amazing. I subscribed. Thanks bud. Know of any good planes that have a virtual cockpit?

  • Nice clear voice and no irritating music. Bliss!!!

  • Set it in the minuses lol it's negatives, my dads in the navy he's and atc on ours the USS Abraham Lincoln cvn 72 aircraft carrier his ship just deplayed from Vancouver a month ago.

  • excellent tutorials, you are a very good instructor, thank you!

  • @jimcorsale Not really. No mention of what the orange/yellow colours mean. No mention that the V/S cancelled itself and the HOLD took over once the 5000ft was reached. Still, you have to take what you can get.

  • u canadian?

  • Don't mess with Nick

  • how old are u?

  • i need to get this off my computer do you now how to unstall it

  • can i get the plane alone with another livery???

  • thanks man, u have a ANNOYING voice though- no offence!

  • LOL, plane speed u mean airspeed, no matter it was still a very good tutorial.

  • Once again it's great, very nice job

  • Thanks!

  • Very good tutorial! Where i can get this aircraft you're flying? Is it freeware?

  • @bachian He is fliying the 737, but you can go get another freeware aircraft that is much better and very similar in style. x747 is what I love flying.
