That said, they do NOT sing the Warblers parts. It's odd, I know. All of the Warblers' voices are the Tufts University Beelzebubs, and when you see the Warblers (even when on tour), the Warblers are lip synching.
Saw the Ellen performance, clearly the Warblers aren't singing, they're lip-synching, you can see some guys not even singing at the right time towards the beginning before the chorus. And it sounds exactly the same as the CD which we all know the Bubs are singing! That said, the Warblers are great in their own right, but who can do the harmonizing the same way? I bet Glee would love them on the show if they weren't in school.
How about the Warblers doing live performances like on the Trevor project and the upcoming performance on Ellen (4/22/11)? Is it their real voice or lip synced? BTW you're really good :D

I want them all!! I have loved the beelzebubs sever since they came to sing at my college my freshman year. That was 4 years AGO. By far my favorite A capella group. EVER!! They make my heart swell. =)
this is the best performance of this i have seen yet!! i think i am addicted to this group now!! it doesn't hurt that Conor Flynn and Penn Rosen are super hott!! haha

It's the truth. The only place the Bubs get significant credit is inside the Warblers CD and each guy's name is listed.
There are many articles available, however. Google "Glee and Beelzebubs" and you can read all about it . Wikipedia even has the lowdown.

All true, some (maybe all) of the Warblers on Glee DO sing. BUT they do NOT sing any of the Warbler parts. They lip sing to the Bubs' voices only.

@BEMS4827 Actually the Asian guy in the Warblers is singer/actor Telly Leung. He played Angel on Rent on Broadway. He went to Carnegie Mellon. =)
