If you want this, search ebay for knight rider light. Its the only one with a control box with lights and speed control dial. Then buy tint spray for the light bar so its invisible when off. Ruff it up with wet-sand paper before you paint so it sticks. Don't rush like me and skip it.

took the horse off this one and mounded it back deeper with 3m tape looks sick. Still got the KnightLight Bar, but mounted it with a black bracket and installed a switch where my coin holder is. Dremeled out coin holder piece and mounded black lighted switch inside and snaped it all back in, Looks like its oem. I did a killer job if i say so myself.

Update: I Changed the front to Mach1 grill delete and painted it glossy black .

Anyways, it's a 16 valve V8 mustang GT, unless you swapped engines with an 05+ GT.

Our 99-04 GT's had a 2v per cylinder engine, totalling to 16 valves. The 05+ GT's had 3V per cyllinder, and 99-04 mustang Mach 1's and cobra's had the 4V per cylinder engines.

It would be way too much money to swap in an 05-09 GT motor. the mounts, wiring, throttle, computer, setup, and most of the drive train are different. 99-04 is throttle by cable, 05-09 is throttle by wire. For the money you would spend for the swap you could build a new motor with more RWHP. It would be nice though if they could just be dropped in.

At first I did know what you where talking about until I saw he had it as a 24 valve. I only wish he had done the video outside in the wide open. I just got a Bassani catted X-Pipe (2.5" pipe) and I have the Flowmaster Thunder catback setup too. I got to wait 2 weeks before I can put the X-pipe in. I need to PB spray the manifold stud to the mid pipe for a while so I don't strip them.

It used to be O/R but the mechanic who fixed my exhaust leak said he cant legally work on the car unless it had cats or he'd lose his license if they found out.

I dont think its legal, almost positive, no red lighting in front, just amber color and white. Otherwise it may be like impersinating an officer. I dont think its a problem as long as you dont drive with it unless you know its clear or like me when its parked at night and I leave it on when I run into the store. Its great to see people trip over a light that goes back and fourth. Pretty entertaining! Set me back $80 with the tint spray.
