You know what, I agree with you. Lydia Lunch and Thurston Moore don't have talent, you are right. No talent and too much genius that is. You don't have to know how to read sheet music in order to be a genius. You don't have to know how to paint to be a painter. If you've never seen Sonic Youth live, then I can understand how you can not appreciate Thurston's musical talent. No wave music is still kind of ahead of its time. There aren't any bands in this day in age as good as SY, Swans, TJJ.
