When I first got the game for PS3 my only problem was when I first got on a horse then made it go on two legs it flew into a mountain fast and I died, it was not a problem and just funny because I saved shortly before it, now however whenever I fight with a companion and I attack an enemy it wont register my hits and attacks my companion instead even if its outside my reach.

Had I known about how bad this game was adapted to the PS3 I would have taken my chances with the RRoD on the Xbox. I do not have the patch yet, my save file is 12 MB and I can only manage 2-3 hours of play time on the PS3 before the frame rate drops so badly I can't see anything. On top of that I had to turn off **ALL** the auto saves. I wish you could adjust the graphics on the PS3, I'd gladly reduce the quality of the graphics in order to restore the quality of the game play. >.<

1.3 patch does not fix the problems, but creates them.

I was trying to forge, but he always takes the wrong end of a hot iron, then it is straight, but not sideways. and beating empty anvil. I downloaded the 1.3 patch all the problems came. I have fallen three times through the field. also ran through the stairs. ruined the whole game. I own an Xbox 360 I would like a good update that fixes the whole game, such as 1.5 and 1.6 or 1.7 pathc

I want my display cases fixed ( i cant place anything on them), manequins to wear armour without the armour being invisable, dragons not to freeze in midair and then spaz in the sky. bugs: muiri repeats "thanks for resolving my problem" after marriage same line 10000x. Its as if she has no other preset text replys. Npc brianna in wizard school repeats "still need more help with her project" but she has no other text line to select from to continue her project. Books whn placed on a housing bookahelf are perma stuck unremoveable. Platform using? on xbox360. i doubt bethesda will fix abything anytime soon. They didnt do it in Falllout im sure the same will happen here.

I am pretty sure about 99% the patch will not help at all. And if they do figure how to compress the saves better in the future. It probably will not help the people that Already got massive save files. That means have fun making a new char. And watch it happen again.

got a quest not working on ps3,got a book from a chest i needed,but the game still says i need to take the book.chest is empty and book is in my inventory.terrible frame rate issues with extended play as has been stated numerous times.and very minor glitches ,cush as people melting into chairs after i kill them,and a with standing in crucifix position after i beheaded her,had a lot of that in oblivion.

broke quests can be easily fixed using console commands to setstage aswell as resurrecting the NPC's in the dungeon it takes place in (most of the breaks in the script are caused by you clearing the dungeon befor taking the quest). If you're playing on a console system (360/PS3), well than it sucks to be you.

I had died on impact of his hammer, not by the speed of the fling into the tree, because there was regular speed in it.

How on earth would the be able to tackle these bugs without such a program? The game by its very nature is a unique experience for each user. Write a simple computer program that takes input and does something useful with and then scale your bugs getting it right with what Bethesda's team is doing.

@exiquio You are right - the level of complexity and the size of a monster game like this are huge but keep in mind they're at the 3rd release and there were plenty of developers coding it and also the game is not quite cheap so there is not much respect for the consumer that spend 50/70 bucks for a unfinished product if I've to patch it afterwards. And that is not just Bethesda but many other VG companies act this way.

Perhaps you experienced some game breaking bug, but I would suspect you are in a minority. Bethesda could should have run an open beta for short period. I had a high level character and lag was just so god awfull. Some quests wouldnt work including it wouldnt let me purchase a house. Only funny glitch i seen so far on my end is a deer just shot up into the air a few feet and landed to its death when i was doing the last quest of the companions. It was great though.
