so i came to a conclusion of 2 choices either work your abs and do fuck all just to impress others, or dont give a fuck drank, tok, and stuff your self guud and still have a good bod. 2nd choice i chose.
yo you work out with light weights you can pretty much build your abs without ab workouts. but if you seriously want a 6 pack go ahead. your just guna stress yourself.
situps is the worst possible way to get your ab muscles
ask any professional and they will tell you that situps are the least effective exercise in the whole world for your abs
you lose bodyfat by doing full body exercises like running or swimming
the more muscles you use the more fat you burn and fat burns from everywhere so if you keep burning more fat then you eat then you will lose all your fat
and good exercises for the abs are the plank,the bicycle,reverse crunches,.....
i agree wit u ....but i get bored when i run and i easily realize that im geting tired wit running on the track...so i prepare basketball even though i suck at it...that way im having fun at the same time while losing weight....plus jumping helps too...
isnt walking good to loose belly fat? ive been joging and wlking 4 the pst 2 wks and i have a tiny bit of belly fat i wanna burn off. i have realy hard abs:)
Yes you can. As long as you burn more calories than your intake you will burn fat for the energy. Fat will burn from you entire body no matter what muscles you use.
