Great film! Glad you didn't chatter or add some metalhead music to it. Although there is a CD that would be a perfect accompaniment to it or other videos of dolphins you might make in the future. It's called "Dolphin Smiles" by Steve Kindler and Teja Bell. It's an old release now, hard to find, but it's brilliant! Whenever I have listened to it, I have envisioned exactly your video of the dolphins playing off the bow of your boat! Wish I could sail like that. Bless you for sharing! :-D
Conservative sailing, the speed would be around some 6 knots at 15 knots wind. The Gemini is a great boat, not ment for solo Atlantic crossing but neverheless I would go again if I had the chance.
