@supertechnoo88 To correct your "bite", as in make all your teeth sit on top of each other. They also create tension upon brackets to move teeth in ways braces can't.
@mebema90 I am wearing rubberbands, do I have to wear them ALL the time? I take them off for like a little while sometimes, so then do they move back and I need to start again?
When I do take them off it's only like 3 hours or so.

@mebema90 mhmm, i have elephant, 4.8mm-heavy 6.5 oz.--- &@ tails2468 wear them very strictly... what the dentist tells you is true lol. i wore mine for 3 days and i thought i was good and took them off for 1 day, and my teeth were back to the way they were at day 1 =p they do hurt a little, but just take some pain killers, and dont think about it and you'll be fine :)

i have elastics too to fix my crossbite its really uncomfortable i cant talk and i cant close my mouth so my lips are always dry and bleeding -,-
