the Palit HD4870 Sonic Dual Slot edition is the best HD4870 512 mb... you don't need 1gb... the memory is useful only in 3d programming and web design... but the hd4870 is better so get this card and put some videos when in action :)

ATI Radeon is the most idiot video card becouse i have GTX 280 in Tri-SLI and my Friend had HD4870 X2!!!And you know The Crysis had more many fps on NVIDIA not on ATI!!!We have been playing in online and i told him "How many fps do you have?" He sayd:70-85,All on Very High,1680x1050,16xQ.When i had Very High 1680x1050,16xQ and i had 100-150 fps.

What harm would downloading make anyone anywhere? If EA wish to stay outdated and to remain the worst publisher in human history they have to deal with it, and investing time in anti-piracy is not the way.

I'd glady buy games and applications from Ubisoft, Sierra, Valve or even Blizzard, but never from EA. Scandal after scandal EA never chances and refuses to listen to their costumers, to their developers or even test their products before launch.

I would have to agree with you there, EA are terrible publishers, I don't know why Valve is actually letting them publish Left 4 Dead, although it must be a lack of money. They aren't good.

Actually I must say that has much to do with the game itself. Crysis runs absolutley perfect at 40FPS while Call of Duty 4 runs sluggish (visually) at 40FPS.

I guess that really comes down to what the game was optimized to run at. Games locked at 30FPS (consoles mainly) are made for a cinematic experience, as is the same with Crysis. Though I'll agree that COD4 does look a little sluggish at anything below 60FPS, which it was optimized to run at.

Well, atleast Warhead was a bit better than the original game this far - while I didn't like the first game at all, really. Crytek just failed to deliver the characters or interesting design in my eyes.

well, did you buy this ? cause i have been playing a little multiplyer, and I must say; everthing is a HUGE improvement. They have made the game much more alive and attractive to other players. There is so much more going on at the moment at the Warhead servers. They have made minor things better, but all these things are important, so now it's just really really enjoyable to play.

But that's just imo :)

Nah, I didn't buy it. It's a EA-publishment and I never buy EA Games but for an exception for Battlefield-games. I only have bad experience with Electronic Farts published games, the last game from them I bought (except for BF: Bad Company) was Tiberium Wars and I hated myself for wasting my time and money with that crap even to this day.

I agree, EA is crap. But you can definitely see that it's Crytek who have made this game work. All the little details is not something EA would care about at all. I can only recommend multiplayer. It is really fun. In fact, I got a friend hooked up on warhead, so go he'll buy it in this week :)
