i think they just got sailor moon episode 110 clean an went to the movie maker and put subtiles. its very simple acutally.

well im making one now, so i gusse ill tell you. Find a place to download a video.(i prefer veoh)Download your vid and get it obto your windows movie maker.(make sure the vid is clean)Go to tasks and click"title on selected slide. type in what you want the character to say. Just keep doing that and your done.
