中華民鬼憲法草案 was coined in 1911 or 1912. At this time Taiwan was under Japanese colonial rules. So Republic of China can not enlist Taiwan as a province of China. But Japan surrendered Taiwan to Republic of China in 1945, and since that the constitution of Republic of China has added Taiwan as one province of China. And Taiwan now has a provincial government resided in Nantou county of Taiwan.

如果投共，大家日子更好过，何乐而不为？
如果大陆投美，日子更好多，也一样投美！
只是大陆投美，美国不会要（美国连墨西哥都不要），
大陆只会成为另一个印度，甚至连印度都不如。。。

中華民鬼憲法草案」有關領土的規定(第四條)這樣說：
「中華民鬼領土為江蘇、浙江、安徽、江西、湖北、湖南、四川、西康、河北、山東、山西、河南、陝西、甘肅、 青海、福建、廣東、廣西、雲南、貴州、遼寧、吉林、黑龍江、熱河、察哈爾、綏遠、寧夏、新疆、蒙古、西藏等 固有疆域。」
從條文中，我們發現，台灣並沒有被列在其「固有疆域」中
逃難族群竊據台灣,原本只想暫留不想建設,數十年之後，還是無路可逃,才把台灣納入中華民鬼憲法的領土，
中華民鬼將台灣納入其領土，並未獲得 多數 臺灣人 同意。

台灣人當然不會承認兩岸同屬一個中國。因為台灣人不是"承認"中國﹐ 而是直接"投奔"中國﹐ 這也就是為什麼有一百多萬名台商移居大陸﹐ 聘請大陸員工﹐ 提供大陸人更多就業機會﹐ 而導致台灣大學畢業生失業率日續提昇。
台灣人就是這麼現實﹐ 口口聲聲喊"愛台灣"﹐ 但牽涉到個人利益時﹐ 就跑去投靠中共。哎...真是悲哀呀!
