Know what ?? David Rouault is from the city where i spent my whole childhood ! in France ( Vendée county )
he is amazing isn't he ? he won lots of rewards and was at the head of the french national conservatory as the master teacher .. he lives in Macao now and he plays with the best international trompetists .. enjoy !

Was this particular recording made into a CD? It sounds exactly like a CD I own. I know it would sound the same (being the same song and all), but all the subtle sounds are exactly the same.

As far as I know there isn't but the concert was in China so everything is possible...

mein gott!! shame we miss it. though i've played it with my uni's orchestra i have forgotten what the 2nd movement looked like... 't is true the whole piece is a bit short after all!!!!
