way they created this bric?russia has no oil india has no oil china has no oil so its left brasil number 1 are your people out of your mind?india malesia and china take oil for free from sudan to sale for usa .
I am Brazilian and I doubt that USA will collapse. Being realistic USA is a leader in technological innovation and will continue for a long time and we can not forget that USA is a superpower. What will happen going forward is that USA and europe and also the BRIC countries will share greater responsibilities in future.
You should updated your info. I am brazilian as well and US is not making any "technological innovation". How the americans allow their economy be based 70% on consume? 30 %industry...ridiculous....USA economists, in average, predict, if Obama continues the destruction of American reserves and inflate the deficit like a mad man, will take 8 years for a comlpete collapse of the giant.
@educmare I'm an American and I can tell you that the United States may be the leader in technological innivation, but what you unfortunately miss is that most innovation is done by "foreigners, aka temporary or permanant green card holders or H1B visa holders, in the united states, who can leave anytime, if things really go wrong. And for your info, the US can collapse. how? It can default on it's debt and killing it's currency. after that life goes on, but the US will be different.
@YipTaoTanil prolly for twenty years.. it takes a while to fix that.
I'm not saying the USA is the best.. im just stating..because all of those countries are semi dangerous... not that the usa isnt..but you get the picture
15% of the world economy? According to Fitch? Or Bloomberg?
U.S. has most of its industrial capacity outsourced, produces fake currency and virtual bullshit but they somehow managed to represent 85% of it? Nominal value of toxic garbage on their balance sheets is one thing but ability to drill, dig and feed the nation is another.
It all comes down to energy and who has it. Right now the B.R.I.C. countries are very competitive and have a good relationship with the major oil and gas producing nations. The US is on the outside and falling fast. No country will want to deal with a declining empire that dictates with its military, and no one wants the US dollar now.
@ZenChat - Most countries are investing in alternative currencies due to the declining value of the American dollar. There is simply too much debt attached to the US dollar, and the only productive capacity that the US has left is its weapons production. The whole American economy is based on oil, and lets face it, America not only passed peak in 1970 but it also imports most of its oil supply. Economic Growth is not possible without oil.
@2minstral On the contrary, I am not an American. I am an Indian. Euro is weak. Yuan doesn't have the clout yet. So the only realistic alternative to the dollar are commodities like Gold. Guess which country has the most Gold? India... So more than you, I must be excited about the collapse of the dollar.
However, it's unlikely... coz the turth is dollar will continue to remain the reserve currency and they have mamoth oil reserves which they have only JUST started to access.
@ZenChat N1, 80%OF THE CAR IS NOT MANUFACTURING IN AMERICA.N2,ALASKA IS NOT AMERICA AND SO HAVAI N3 AMERICA SHORES HAS NO OIL IF THEY DO ITS ONLY LESS THAN 8%.N4 ANY PERSON OF THE PLANET CAN INVENT ANY RENOVATION OF TECHNOLOGY THE ONLY THINK IS MOST BE REGISTER AS IN AMERICAN INDUSTRIES ,THAT DONT MEAN IS MADE IN AMERICA OR BY ONE AMERICAN OK
Brazil since 2009 uses the Brazilian Real and the Argentine Peso in exports and imports between them. And Brazil is working hard to do the same in the next 4 years with China, India, South Africa, Russia and all UNASUR countries.
It is each time more evident the end of the US dollar. Not only the fact that the US dollar is loosing weight in the world economy, but also the inflationary problems that are coming next year-ON because of the crisis.

@2minstral This is what happens when u get your information from You Tube instead of actual sources...
Do u really know more than car manufacturing companies?
Do u know how much oil is present in Alaska?
Do u know how much oil is there of the shores of America?
Do u really think a country which is smart enough to invent 8 out of 10 technologies u r using t o type your message is more stupid than u?
Kid, u want US to collapse, so u see only those videos which talks abt US decline. LOL!!
