No, this is the original audio straight from the board (what was playing out over the speakers). I certainly can't comprehend any complex story line, but I'm guessing it's sort of a mood piece, like a music video.
What I meant was it's the real audio, it's just it could of been very quiet so it's been added over the top in a moviemaker EITHER THAT or no one is making any sound or reaction.
