What EXACT foam did you use? I plan on constructing a costume like this and I need to now the exact name of the foam, or if fit was constructed or made of a different kind of softer foam molded together become more dense?

2. the comfort,mm.... the head is a bit heavy for an 8-year old but well,... you can see very well through the eyes and the other things are good to wear too, I can´t say something negative exept the weight of the head^^

they are made out of some boots. then I glued foam around and sewed the shoes, that´s it ...

It´s very simple to see through it :D

3. its no felt it´s just some old fabric we had left, so I used it to make it more solid

thats just a normal helmet with hard wire.
