  • RIP John, and thank you for makiing us all very happy while you were visiting us. Not to mention helping ME live on forever in TV history, if only for a moment in time here! My family and friends thank everyone involved! Rest now, my friend. Love and adoration. Grace be with you and yours.MW

  • This episode in particular got me laughing the hardest

  • Props to all those extras, who somehow kept a straight face as John/Jack went through his performance. That couldn't have been easy.

  • tv land... shame on them for taking out half of the funniest scene

  • I like the roper era better, but this episode gets my vote for best threes company show ever.

  • he's one of the best. RIP

  • can u make a vid all about jack best lines?

  • i remember seeing this when it aired. i always remembered how brilliant this scene was. decided to look for it and here it is. john's one of the best.

  • This was just on TV Land last night. The scene ended right after Ritter kissed the lamp and it turned on. I saw this episode when it first aired and remembered him dancing on the bar and coming up with flowers on his head. Thanks for posting, now I know I am not crazy. Why is TV Land showing edited versions? Show the original uncut episodes please. They cut the funniest stuff!

  • I love John Ritter. I really wish he was still here. :(

  • Im watchin three's company right now....TV Land rules

  • Out of all the AWESOME episodes, this still is #1 in my book!!!! Hands down! There will never be another actor quite like John Ritter...R.I.P. John.

  • The next day, the maid quit her job, joined the NOW, petitioned for the right to enter the military, transferred to Iceland, and was never heard from again.

  • great to see this again. always thought this was one of the funniest moments in tv history. the guy just had great comedic timing and charisma.

  • Wow...I never saw this extended version on the original episode. AWESOME!!!

  • Not even Lucille Ball could pull this off. What a talent. Thanks John :)

  • I just saw that episode for the first time tonight on Déjà View. One of the best ever without a doubt! Thanks for posting!

    Greetings from Montréal

  • Thanks for posting. As kids, my sister and I would crack up every time this episode aired.

  • I've posted a youtube video of the scene before the dance. It was a big hit for the month I had it up. Unfortunately, I was asked to take it down because it was in violation of the copyrights. But what I don't understand, I posted the same exact scene you did (except for the first couple minutes where jack walked in, etc) but yet you weren't forced to take down this video?? That's totally lame. The name of the company that made me take down the video was called DLT Entertainment.

  • @rawnee7 Sorry...no one has said anything yet. You sound angry at ME....LOL! Totally not my fault yours got taken down.

  • @rawnee7 i wish i could've seen that

  • @rawnee7 DLT Entertainment owns the rights to "Three's Company" and it's spin-offs "The Ropers", and "Three's A Crowd."

  • Ya I remember this scene ESP the part where he's behind the bar lol

  • I'm dying to see the stuff before the dance! I still remember Janet going "I'm exhausted!" Jack replies "Pleased to meet you, my name is Jack!" LOL

  • just saw this and HAD to look it up!

  • Lol just saw this

  • Cool guy)))

  • I own all 8 seasons and love Three's Company! This makes my sad though, because he isn't around anymore :(

  • this could be the entire episode and i would watch

  • I wish the entire scene was available. Its hilarious! I think this is my all time favorite episode. It rarely airs and it is one of the funniest scenes EVER!!! I still remember the first time I saw this as a kid. Nearly peed my pants. I love you John! Still my favorite actor and TV show of all time!

  • this is genius

  • excelente... habia estado buscando esta escena, que vi hace mucho tiempo... cuando Jack toma unas pastillas equivocadas.. lo mejor de lo mejor en aquella serie es el señor John Ritter.

  • 4EVER CLASSIC <3

  • 1:45 is beyond epic.

  • I fucking love John Ritter, so much!

  • I can't decide whether I like this episode the best, or 'The Bake-Off'. Both were outstanding. Though, it's bittersweet because you know that John Ritter is no longer with us. He truly was the master of physical comedy.

  • thank you for posting this.. Ive been looking for it for 4 yrs now... Classic!

  • There are many reasons why I miss John Ritter, but this scene has got to be reason #1. I remember watching this episode over and over as a kid.

  • hey im looking for a scene from 3's company where jack tripper is in the kitchen cooking n singing a song in spanish could u plz help?

  • absolutely hilarious!

  • first time I've seen it the wole way

  • love love

  • someone please post actual episodes!!!! dying to watch!!!

  • I like it when his first drinks the 'rocket" drink and he goes all bug-eyed

  • At 1:17 that pie-eyed stoned look on John Ritter's face makes me laugh every single time

  • Jack Tripper Is Freaken Funny Man!

  • At 1:28, you can see, at the top of the screen, that the camera accidentally captures the studio lighting in the frame. A great episode and one of the greatest all-time TV series. It's as refreshing today as it was back in the 70s/80s.

  • This was one of the best epsodes, I remember that Thom Fleming (1981 GQ cover) appear in this episode.

  • Long live the legend that is John Ritter

  • When my sister & myself saw this episode on tv, we were crying sooo loud with laughter my mom was in the shower thinking that we were getting killed cuz we were also banging the walls. My other fave is when they go to Cindy's farm.

  • I am 32 years old. I used to watch this when I was a little kid, 4 or 5 years old. I remember asking my mom if I could watch Jack Tripper.

  • @Robin2Nightwing Yep!!!! That's what I called it too

  • When I first watched this episode, I literally peed my pants with laughter!

  • Cocaine's a hell of a drug!!!!!!!!

  • This is the best scene from the entire Three's Company tv series. I love the bartenders reaction at 0:34. He's still cleaning the glass and doesn't seem too surprised, meanwhile everyone else is in shock. lol.
