@3030anon The point was to shut down the advertising. They fought the advertisement with the same tools the advertisers were using. Using a spray can on that wall wouldn't have done anything because no one would see it at night...

cunt-...FYI, GRL works with "real graf" artists as well as others to help bring new tools to artists for 'tagging' or making statements in ways that are new and offer something that spray paint can't necessarily do. just because it isn't aerosol doesn't mean it can't be used in an aggressive or destructive manner. actual artists all over the world have used projections to make art, both legal and illegal. btw i am an actual artist.
