They are HOLOGRAMS!!! They are not real airplanes! They are not spraying anything, either! They are ionizing the air, and creating plasma! The plasma is what can be moved around, with EMF, and satellites, to control they weather, and surveil people! It carries audio and video, and strands of it can be entrained onto a person's own electromagnetic field! It's the missile defense system, cell phone technology. NOTHING is being "sprayed".

Here in Ontario, Canada there is so much spraying now that the skies are no longer blue, but frosted white. The weather reporters on television have a hard time keeping a straight face when reporting clear blue skies for the next several days.
