@Kree8URDreem I don't see why so many people are blind to so many good oppurtunities ha ha. Well at least you give an example to the few out there or should I say 5% out the that actually take a look and open their eyes =].
FHTM operates like a cult. once they suck you in the brainwashing begins. How do they continue to operate without more regulatory dissection. Kiyosaki is a cult follwer. He goes anywhere he can to latch on to people that also make him money from books, lectures, etc. He runs one of the biggest tool scams in the world.

I am sorry to hear that Paul Orberson´s mentor and God (Osama Bin Laden) has been killed by the American government this week. What will he profess next week.
Funny how people think this is NOT the perfect business. I mean, if you and everyone you know is going to watch TV, use the internet and talk on a cell phone, you and everyone else might as well get paid to do it. That is why recruiting is a game changer. But understand, you do not have to recruit a single person and still make money. . So who cares Verizon is no longer with FHTM. Luckily we don't depend on any one company to stay in business. And trust me...making money isn't for everyone
Wow! Mr. Mrs. Divabikinis FHTM is for strong and serius people not for weak people. Jajaja; fortune is the best way to make money by recruting and we dont need an specific company to make business. So, with them or with out them, we will success. Ho! by the way, if you spend the same time the you spend talking about company that ovius is not for you. You will be really reach!! I am glad your are not part of our team. You will be a bad cell for our company!! :(
@k3tzified634 My goodness. What English are you attempting to write? Are you a 3rd grader? I am a serious businesswomen and very successful without FHTM. Were you insinuating that I am weak? Little do you k now. We all know that you only make money in Fortune by recruiting, which is why nobody succeeds and I have no desire to align myself with that type of illegal company.
Did another one bite the Dust? It appears as if FHTM reps can no longer sell Verizon Wireless. The Wireless Shop only displayed plans and phones for Sprint, T-Mobile and Nextel. Simplexity is still an authorized dealer of Verizon Wireless according to the disclaimer on the bottom of the page but FHTM is NOT! See for yourself. What does this mean to all of the current FHTM reps? They lost the ability to market for 2 largest cellular phone providers in the past 30 days.

Visit fhtmclassaction dot info for a copy of the latest D&B report of FHTM. They do NOT have a 3A1 rating and have not since 2004. What a surprise that is....hehehehehe
Rumor has it that FHTM is about to implode as 4 of its top money earners seek other companies for their teams. How much will the quasi-leaders be paid to convince you to go elsewhere now. I bet it upwards of a Million. Good luck!
The Federal Trade Commission today stepped up its ongoing campaign against scammers who falsely promise guaranteed jobs and opportunities to “be your own boss” to consumers who are struggling with unemployment and diminished incomes as a consequence of the economic downturn. “Operation Empty Promises,” a multi-agency law enforcement initiative today announced more than 90 enforcement actions including FHTM.
FHTM named as a company under investigation as part of the Nationwide Joint Investigation between FTC and Attorneys General known as "Operation Empty Promises"

FHTM tries to wiggle out of legal action from DUPONT!
FHTM is no longer authorized to use the DuPont name, logo, or trademark in any way. FHTM should immediately discontinue the use of any materials containing the DuPont logo. Our right to use DuPont’s name, logo and trademark was revoked because FHTM abused the system by creating and distributing unapproved marketing materials that displayed the DuPont logo.

Can you believe that Fortune Hi-Tech Marketing (FHTM) is allowed to continue its illegal operations in California in spite of a dozen or so Attorneys General investigations, multiple lawsuits and their own disclosure stating that 99.9% of the participants lose money. Sounds like Paul Orberson must have been friends with Bernie Maddoff....

A 2nd class action lawsuit was filed against FHTM yesterday in California. Go to fhtmclassaction website to read all about it. What an awesome Christmas present to the FHTM legal team.
Guess the west coast reps are pissed too...and Isaacs isnt even part of this case.
A 2nd incriminating class-action lawsuit was filed against FHTM this past week in a California court on 12/22/10. Seems like the perfect Christmas present for their legal team who can now bill for more millions in fees.
The entire lawsuit may be read at fhtmclassaction dot info
FHTM was built on lies and the reputations of other companies with the goal for 20 people to become millionaires and all else to fail. Most people who quit FHTM have realized the money is not was was promised. The residuals and leverage disappear as soon as your team quits. Kiyosaki only cares about selling books - which is where he makes all of his money. Has he ever had a successful business outside of speaking and his books? NEVER!
I just read how N.C. has started their investigation after receiving numberous complaints. It was published yesterday on Starnewsonline for Wilmington, NC. They have posted 3 articles about the FHTM pyramid business. They give a number and a website for those in North Carolina to file their complaint.
North Carolina Attorney General Roy Cooper's office has received "a number of complaints" about Fortune, and the consumer protection division launched an investigation, according to spokeswoman Noelle Talley.
, how much they paid to get in and got in return, along with the gross product sales in the state. The letter also asks the names and earnings of the highest-ranking managers of the company, who is below them on their teams and how much comes from direct product sales as opposed to "commissions, bonuses or sales by others." Jerry Strickland, a spokesman for Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott, says the office is reviewing Fortune's response, and the "investigation is ongoing."
and your own personal experience in FHTM that can help you determine if your team, as honest as they may try to be, are operating in a capacity that fits the definition of a pyramid-scheme, at what point do you step away? Just look at what a few U.S. Attorney Generals are saying. The Texas Attorney General's office sent Fortune a "civil investigative demand" letter on Aug. 26. The letter asked for the names of all state residents enrolled in Fortune,
There is a concept in law referred to as criminal responsibility. In Texas it is found in the Penal Code Sec 7.02 (a)(2)“a person is criminally responsible for an offense committed by the conduct of another if: acting with intent to promote or assist the commission of the offense, he solicits, encourages, directs, aid or attempts to aid the other person to commit the offense…” knowing what you now know about what defines a pyramid-scheme, as a matter of law and simple ethical consideration,
And as you know the true definition of a pyramid-scheme, which in an abbreviated definition is, primarily making your income from recruiting rather than product sales; puts FHTM into the category of a pyramid-scheme, and therefore by logical consequence and past history, harmful to consumers. I’m sorry, but that is not twisting the facts from other MLM’s to fit FHTM, it is merely a matter of applying relevant case law to Fortune.
When considering these standards from prior cases my point is that FHTM has a lot of problems in my opinion. Although FHTM attempts to use its product sales as a defense to not being a pyramid-scheme, its methods and compensation plan seems to promote recruiting over product sales, refer to case Webster v. Omnitrition and you’ll see that simply tying in retail sales to recruitment bonuses is not always an adequate defense to the pyramid issue.
money there is coming into to company. The profit dispersement with "traditional" companies only favors the top of the company and the chances of the average person making it to the top are slim no matter how hard you try. That is why people like Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki endorse companies such as FHTM.
Any company out there works the same way, they leverage people, by hiring people to do the work and the profits all go to the top and they just pay you an income that does not come close to what your position is worth. The difference with FHTM is that you have control of how much you make and the company itself including the owner and the CEO's get less than 10% of the money that comes into the company. It is a know fact that in sales and marketing, the more people out there working the more
As for the charges that it is an illegal pyramid, it is all in the wording of who you get promoted. The truth is that the money paid out for a rep being signed up comes from the companies that have just gained customers, hence the bonus being a Customer Acquisition Bonus. The $99 dollars to become a rep goes to pay the overhead of the company such as paying employees. The worst that will happen in this whole thing is the company may have to reword how promotions are given.
because of their experience, it is usually because they don't want to follow what they are being trained to do or don't have what it takes to just figure it out on their own. I am one of those who had a bad upline, but I dug in a decided to find the help I needed and it is paying off. I also am not one of those people who don't care about the success of the people I bring into the business. I have learned how to build the business and I teach my people because their success is important to me.
without having to actually work for it and all that the income disclosure shows is that it takes time to build a business. Now I will not say that everyone who fails at mlm is lazy because just like any company out there you have bad people who don't care if they rip you off as long as it benefits them. For those who have failed at any mlm because there team did nothing to help them I am sorry to say that they just got screwed, but not by the company. Though many who claim it is a scam because
If a person is truly informed, they would understand that a class action lawsuit does not make a company a scam, because all the most successful companies out there have class action lawsuits filed against them. If a person is truly informed, they would know that even Wal-mart, when it first got started was accused of being a scam. As for people being lazy, it is a proven fact that most people will do whatever they have to including lying to get a lawsuit filed so they can get a piece of the pie
You know, if people would actually do their research, they would figure out that the larger and more successful a company is the more likely they are to be sued. The reason for many lawsuits is that everyone wants a piece of the pie the easiest way they can get it. People are not willing to work hard to get it, instead they want to find ways to let someone else do all the work, like a lawyer, and they get a piece of the pie. Maybe people should do some good research and see whats really going on
@libramaster69 Is that what they are teaching in FHTM101 now? Man are you FHTM reps dumb either that or you are so venerable to money making schemes. What is it that you are referring to when you say “People are not willing to work hard?” What kind of work are you doing that is so hard? By the way I did my research and was I not a bit surprised when I found Fortune income disclosure statement that proves to me no is making money, except, only those at the very top of the pyramid.
A class action lawsuit has been filed against FHTM on Nov. 2nd. Type: Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations. USA Today also covers and exposes some interesting facts about FHTM. Texas A.G. sent FHTM a civil investigative demand letter on Aug. 26 The letter asks the names and earnings of the highest-ranking managers of the company, who is below them on their teams and how much comes from direct product sales as opposed to "commissions, bonuses or sales by others.
@stealyourmoney Yes and I know this isn't just some ordinary class action lawsuit, especially when you have one of the larger and more experienced law firms in America, Dinsmore and Shohl willing to present the case claiming fraud, pyramid scheme and RICO violations. And if that wasn't enough, a lawyer in Califorina, Alex Schack, is reported in USA Today about putting together another Class Action Lawsuit. Alexander M. Schack specializes in class action lawsuits for consumers.
@Jjrifle52 What's going to happen is FHTM will go to court, the company lawers will answer every question in full detail as there is nothing to hide. Anyone who attends a meeting or presentation with a competent presenter knows this. Then after wasting large sums of the court's and everybody else's time, they'll declare every aspect of our business practice to be lawful. People are saving money on things they buy, and business' are getting loyal customers. Win win, good luck to the prosecutors.
@leopardsbasketball We shall see, but since my last post about the 1st class action lawsuit, I mentioned how Alexander M Schack from CA was putting together a 2nd class action lawsuit. It was presented in Dec. of 2010. So if 1 class action lawsuit wasn’t bad enough now there are two, Kentucky & California. I read a recent article in the Kentucky Harold Leader how Texas A.G. has now sent not one, but two civil demand letters wanting all info about FHTM’s operation dating back to 2006.
@leopardsbasketball About saving customers money on products through FHTM, that is not the case. I did my research and I found better deals elsewhere. Anyone sensible enough to research will see this.
@Jjrifle52 unfortunately class action lawsuits are more common with companies than you think. We live in a society where people file lawsuits left and right. But ask this, how come none of these class action lawsuits have caused any of these business's not just fhtm to shut down? Answer: because its a common thing. media and people like you just blow it up more than it is. Let me ask you this? you do realize that not everyone can be an employee? someone has to be an employer
@Jjrifle52 , The only 2 things the FTC is concerned about are whats commonly referred to as 'check waving' and the products only being used by people that are part of the organization. Check waving happens alot but there are more problems stemming from the lack of customers outside of the group. Seeing some of the big hitting companies that are teaming up with FHTM are many, the prosecutors are going to struggle.
Nevermind the AIG's and Madoffs on the side of Traditional Business...
@Jjrifle52 There are no commissions or bonuses, without "customers"--products and services. Avon ladies buy Avon--not Mary Kay. Fortune reps use DISH--because they pay us. Same principle. The question is, do you have true leverage? Do you have residual income. If not, start a home-based business.
@liagarden The problem with starting a home-based business like FHTM is that 95% of those that do, have less than 4% chance of making it! That is NOT a good investment. Don't believe me, look for yourself.....FHTM own income disclosure statement shows most people are losing money, that is they are losing money because they are buying unnecessary stuff like Dish, vitamins, meetings and other stuff you wouldn't have to buy if you didn't sign up.
For those of you that are in FHTM and struggling, I can tell you that you are probably making the same mistakes I did and you are talking the business and not following the 6 steps to the letter. I have simplified the 6 steps and if you would like a copy of it send me a message I will email it to you free of charge. If you are considering FHTM and you want a leader who will train you properly, let me know and we can talk.
It turned out I was making all the classic mistakes that a person makes if they are not properly trained. After I started following what I was being taught things started happening, I have only been really working the system correctly for just under a month and I am almost regional. If you are considering FHTM or any other mlm be very careful who you get signed under, If they are someone you know well and know they will truly help you and train you then go for it and work it hard.
I am in FHTM, and I do not regret it. For those of you who say that the people who can't make it are lazy that is not always the case. There are people just like with any business that are only in it for themselves and don't care about the people they get signed up. My upline did not train me and when I first got in I had no idea what I had and made lots of mistakes, but I did the research and figured some things out and reached further up my upline till I found someone to train me.
@libramaster69 What is with people who do FHTM that calls anyone not like them lazy, uninformed, broke, and God knows what else? I seriously think FHTM uses subliminal messages during their presentation that warps the brains of anyone watching. I bet if you peaked behind the podium that they speak from, they are holding some satanic relic, rubbing it until a new sucker signs up. (Mike, would you get a load of that, he signed, I told you we would get R done, just rub here next week.)
USA Today just did a huge expose on FHTM. Its the first national publication they have been featured in that Paul didn't have to whip out the checkbook for.
@divabikinis Just how do you know Paul has to " whip out the checkbook "? Are you there with him as he is doing this? I have met him and many of the people in this business and they are all VERY respectable people. Paul built this company on integrity and morals! I am in this business and I am NOT making money. I understand that this is because I have NOT put in the WORK required..Is that what happened to you and now you are throwing blame else where?
"FHTM is not the Perfect Business" unless you dont mind losing money, your family and most of your friends. Tons of cash to be made on recruiting - nothing on product sales.......
BTW - Kiyosaki makes all of his money from his events and books.....nothing more....and he only had ONE dad.
A class action lawsuit was filed against Fortune Hi-Tech Marketing (FHTM), its officers, directors, Presidential Ambassadors and all National Sales Managers claiming fraud, pyramid scheme and RICO violations in the Eastern District of the Federal Courts on September 2, 2010
There is always one uneducated moron in every group. Major law firms dont file class action lawsuits for the purpose of a grudge. That gets them dis-bared.
@divabikinis well, i won this debate since you were the first one to use an ad hominem attack. sorry, that's the way it works. you obviously have no evidence or you would stfu with the attacks and present your "evidence."
it's spelled "disbarred", btw. and if every lawyer was disbarred because of filing frivolous lawsuits there wouldn't be any lawyers practicing anywhere.
btw, if there was anything to this you would be saying "fhtm did this/fhtm did that" instead of "lawsuit filed" etc.
RICO based class action lawsuit filed against FHTM and all of its National Sales Managers in Kentucky on September 2, 2010 claiming they are an illegal pyramid scheme, just like Montana did in April 2010.
@divabikinis Thanks so much for sharing the lawsuit. With so many people not making money in FHTM it was only a matter of time before people looked past the shinny leased cars and 2nd mortgaged homes to come to their senses that it was all all a facade.
FHTM income disclosure statement would agree that FHTM is far from being a perfect business. In fact it maybe the most unethical form of marketing out there. But don't take a naysayers word for it, review FHTM's IDS to learn 30% that signed into FHTM never made a dime and 95% barely made any kind of money. Check out the BBB on their rating.
FHTM operates an unlawful product-based endless recruiting pyramid scheme that relies on untrue and misleading representations and unlawful, unfair, and fraudulent business practices.
Obviously, all of the naysayers who claim FHTM is a scam know more about business than Robert Kiyosaki, Donald Trump and Warren Buffett. Although somehow I don't recognize any of their names...guess they are wealthy but keeping a low profile.
My success outweighs Orberson already without FHTM. No other company has a pay pal so convoluted and top heavy as FHTM. Zach - your statement is so canned......
FHTM is a scam and so are most of the people here trying to sell you a system to explode your MLM. Orberson & FHTM sued in Kentucky for violating the RICO statutes.

FHTM is a scam.......You or your entire downline will go broke (if they already are not) The entire company is built on lies and affiliate programs - not relationships.
@divabikinis For you to make these comments means you either do not know how to build a business, not coach-able, lack drive and most likely fail at everything you try. I mean no disrespect.
My success outweighs Orberson already without FHTM. No other company has a pay pal so convoluted and top heavy as FHTM. Zach - your statement is so canned......
please be carefull...one representative of this company(fhtm)...Nathan Kirby..from Raleigh....owes me 100K......for more then a year...and hi is having these meetings..telling everybody how much money hi is making...bs...don't let these guys brainwashed you...it's a SCHEME...
FHTM shut down again, this time in the great state of Montana for operating as an alleged pyramid scheme. State Audior has been reviewing FHTm since July 2009 when she finally decided enough was enough with all the complaints.
Donald Trump just formed his own Network Marketing company. Warren Buffett owns two Network Marketing Companies, DO YOU THINK THEY KNOW SOMETHING YOU DON"T KNOW?
Guys, get a grip and get your facts straight. FHTM is a legit company and of the highest ethics and standards. Most naysayers are those who want to steer you away from FHTM to their company. That is the biggest reason that Network Marketing has a bad reputation. They need to get their facts straight.

If I would have had the same people in ACN that I did have in FHTM before they cheated me, I would have made over $150,000 versus the $40,000 that FHTM has yet to pay me!
NO Travis, they are shut down until furthur notice! I talked with them today and they have had tons of peole calling in and turning this company over for fraudulent business practices! This will not be for just a few days! This is just the beginning of pandoras box opening!
This is a totally fraudulent comment. They are not shut down! They are very successful, and in fact, they have grown in triple digits over the last 12 months. Corporate America knows this works, that is why they are standing in line to have FHTM sell their products. We are totally 100% debt free company with a 3A-1 Dunn and Bradstreet rating. Only 5% of companies in the world obtain this rating. Just take a look at FHTM for yourself, and make up your mind.
Zack - you are clueless.......They are not debt FREE and have no contracts nor are any top companies lining up to do business with FHTM. Its all a lie
The Attorney General is also asking the Consumer Protection Division to review FHTM for the assortment of violations like pyramiding and consumer fraud.
Sorry Lilly309 - your a very WRONG! FHTM is reinstated in North Dakota just after 3 weeks, for a licensing issue. FHTM is a tremendous company. Provides income for those who choose to work the business correctly.
That's actually not true at all. It was banned FOR THE TIME BEING because the attorney general sent a letter that needed to be completed and signed to the wrong department of the FHTM corporation. They've since filled out the form and are working to get the situation resolved, which will be soon.
FHTM is a very successful business which u can imagin how they compensate the rep and building up their own team. I recently start it with just only $500, less than 2 weeks i made my initial investment back... network marketing is the trend ... just remember the law of this game...3SW
But, no one else has the payplan, or, the number of companies under contract that you probably already are using. Already using, means, you are already doing out business, but, you are not on our payplan!
All of the companies FHTM represents will make you an affiliate and pay you for business. It is normal operating procedure.
Knightmare1979: Many of these companies like Amway have paid hundreds of millions to stay in business. Class actions are not meant to shut companies down - they are meant to teach the owners of scams a lesson.
fhtm is a great blesssing from GOD to me at least if i ever have a problem i can go to them immediately way to many succcesful people to say this company is a scam i am living proof its not a scam I am on a great team my team worked for me and got me someone and i did not do a thing!!! I got a text from trainer telling me I had a new partner i was soo happy you just dont know how awesome this company is until you try it yourself
Ive been with fhtm for over a year and it has been the best year of my life. The people who say fhtm is scam are people who are lazy and dont get up in the morning to work.Like they say the ones who are skeptical are the ones who will go nowheres in life.
Be patient is all I can tell you and dont let the know and skeptics get you down, because you have seen it, this company with you efforts is the tool to bring you financial freedom. I have been the business for almost four moths and just signed up my first person yesturday! and now some how they are coming out of the woodwork. Just keep going! You are literally one person away from freedom.
I see peoples point on the affiliate program, but I mean who cares, how can people bash out FHTM, It is a solid business that has been proven to work and is working. I am very proud to be a part of the "scheme" Look up scheme in the dictionary, what is wrong with a scheme that works? I am thankful I was shown this, I am making it happen, take a look at our channel, hop on board make money! Guys its a no brainer!
Many people are saying this is not a scam, are you sure about that? Honestly can you say that with a straight face. Many people found the secret out about FHTM. These name brand companies partnered with FHTM allow anyone to sell for them as a Affiliate and it's free to do. Just look up Travelocity or Lamas Beauty FHTM markets for and look for Affiliate program. You make more money as an affiliate. FHTM is not stupid, they know how to scam you and most people are to naive to notice.
The value is not in selling products or services. A top notch sales person can only sell as much as one person can sell. The value is in selling the system, so you are able to mulitiply your sales efforts with the help of others.
@rrazorbackalumni My post from a year ago was not totally true, it was found there was no partnership at all with companies likeTravelocity, Verizon, Dish, ATT, GE and the list goes on.......Thank you Montana for exposing the truth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
does anybody actually Believe that a mlm company will only recruit honest people with no greed or pathogy in a western society dominated by reaganomics. Its like a glass of pure water put some ink in it and it taints the who glass. don't take to many bad apples now to spoil the crop now does it ? watch how my message will be deleted soon

Great comments mr. rifle

Jjrifle52 1 year ago
and your own personal experience in FHTM that can help you determine if your team, as honest as they may try to be, are operating in a capacity that fits the definition of a pyramid-scheme, at what point do you step away? Just look at what a few U.S. Attorney Generals are saying. The Texas Attorney General's office sent Fortune a "civil investigative demand" letter on Aug. 26. The letter asked for the names of all state residents enrolled in Fortune,

There is a concept in law referred to as criminal responsibility. In Texas it is found in the Penal Code Sec 7.02 (a)(2)“a person is criminally responsible for an offense committed by the conduct of another if: acting with intent to promote or assist the commission of the offense, he solicits, encourages, directs, aid or attempts to aid the other person to commit the offense…” knowing what you now know about what defines a pyramid-scheme, as a matter of law and simple ethical consideration,
Jjrifle52 1 year ago
And as you know the true definition of a pyramid-scheme, which in an abbreviated definition is, primarily making your income from recruiting rather than product sales; puts FHTM into the category of a pyramid-scheme, and therefore by logical consequence and past history, harmful to consumers. I’m sorry, but that is not twisting the facts from other MLM’s to fit FHTM, it is merely a matter of applying relevant case law to Fortune.
Jjrifle52 1 year ago

That is why people like Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki endorse companies such as FHTM.
libramaster69 1 year ago
Any company out there works the same way, they leverage people, by hiring people to do the work and the profits all go to the top and they just pay you an income that does not come close to what your position is worth. The difference with FHTM is that you have control of how much you make and the company itself including the owner and the CEO's get less than 10% of the money that comes into the company. It is a know fact that in sales and marketing, the more people out there working the more
libramaster69 1 year ago
As for the charges that it is an illegal pyramid, it is all in the wording of who you get promoted. The truth is that the money paid out for a rep being signed up comes from the companies that have just gained customers, hence the bonus being a Customer Acquisition Bonus. The $99 dollars to become a rep goes to pay the overhead of the company such as paying employees. The worst that will happen in this whole thing is the company may have to reword how promotions are given.

because of their experience, it is usually because they don't want to follow what they are being trained to do or don't have what it takes to just figure it out on their own. If a person is truly informed, they would understand that a class action lawsuit does not make a company a scam, because all the most successful companies out there have class action lawsuits filed against them. If a person is truly informed, they would know that even Wal-mart, when it first got started was accused of being a scam. As for people being lazy, it is a proven fact that most people will do whatever they have to including lying to get a lawsuit filed so they can get a piece of the pie
libramaster69 1 year ago
You know, if people would actually do their research, they would figure out that the larger and more successful a company is the more likely they are to be sued. The reason for many lawsuits is that everyone wants a piece of the pie the easiest way they can get it. People are not willing to work hard to get it, instead they want to find ways to let someone else do all the work, like a lawyer, and they get a piece of the pie. Maybe people should do some good research and see whats really going on
libramaster69 1 year ago

A class action lawsuit has been filed against FHTM on Nov. 2nd. Type: Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations. USA Today also covers and exposes some interesting facts about FHTM. Texas A.G. sent FHTM a civil investigative demand letter on Aug. 26 The letter asks the names and earnings of the highest-ranking managers of the company, who is below them on their teams and how much comes from direct product sales as opposed to "commissions, bonuses or sales by others.

@Jjrifle52 a class action lawsuit, ouch! I couldn't tell you I didn't see that one coming. Thanks!
stealyourmoney 1 year ago
@stealyourmoney Yes and I know this isn't just some ordinary class action lawsuit, especially when you have one of the larger and more experienced law firms in America, Dinsmore and Shohl willing to present the case claiming fraud, pyramid scheme and RICO violations. And if that wasn't enough, a lawyer in Califorina, Alex Schack, is reported in USA Today about putting together another Class Action Lawsuit. Alexander M. Schack specializes in class action lawsuits for consumers.
Jjrifle52 1 year ago
@Jjrifle52 What's going to happen is FHTM will go to court, the company lawers will answer every question in full detail as there is nothing to hide. Anyone who attends a meeting or presentation with a competent presenter knows this. Then after wasting large sums of the court's and everybody else's time, they'll declare every aspect of our business practice to be lawful. People are saving money on things they buy, and business' are getting loyal customers. Win win, good luck to the prosecutors.
leopardsbasketball 9 months ago
@leopardsbasketball We shall see, but since my last post about the 1st class action lawsuit, I mentioned how Alexander M Schack from CA was putting together a 2nd class action lawsuit. It was presented in Dec. of 2010. So if 1 class action lawsuit wasn’t bad enough now there are two, Kentucky & California. I read a recent article in the Kentucky Harold Leader how Texas A.G. has now sent not one, but two civil demand letters wanting all info about FHTM’s operation dating back to 2006.
Jjrifle52 8 months ago 2

Kn1ghtmare1979 1 year ago
@Jjrifle52 , The only 2 things the FTC is concerned about are whats commonly referred to as 'check waving' and the products only being used by people that are part of the organization. Check waving happens alot but there are more problems stemming from the lack of customers outside of the group. Seeing some of the big hitting companies that are teaming up with FHTM are many, the prosecutors are going to struggle.
Nevermind the AIG's and Madoffs on the side of Traditional Business...
guidedsponsor 9 months ago
@Jjrifle52 There are no commissions or bonuses, without "customers"--products and services. Avon ladies buy Avon--not Mary Kay. Fortune reps use DISH--because they pay us. Same principle. The question is, do you have true leverage? Do you have residual income. If not, start a home-based business.
liagarden 1 week ago in playlist FHTM
@liagarden The problem with starting a home-based business like FHTM is that 95% of those that do, have less than 4% chance of making it! That is NOT a good investment. Don't believe me, look for yourself.....FHTM own income disclosure statement shows most people are losing money, that is they are losing money because they are buying unnecessary stuff like Dish, vitamins, meetings and other stuff you wouldn't have to buy if you didn't sign up.

It turned out I was making all the classic mistakes that a person makes if they are not properly trained. After I started following what I was being taught things started happening, I have only been really working the system correctly for just under a month and I am almost regional. If you are considering FHTM or any other mlm be very careful who you get signed under, If they are someone you know well and know they will truly help you and train you then go for it and work it hard.
libramaster69 1 year ago
I am in FHTM, and I do not regret it. For those of you who say that the people who can't make it are lazy that is not always the case. There are people just like with any business that are only in it for themselves and don't care about the people they get signed up. My upline did not train me and when I first got in I had no idea what I had and made lots of mistakes, but I did the research and figured some things out and reached further up my upline till I found someone to train me.

@libramaster69 What is with people who do FHTM that calls anyone not like them lazy, uninformed, broke, and God knows what else? Only 5% of companies in the world obtain this rating. Just take a look at FHTM for yourself, and make up your mind.

@zackbailey1

FHTM kicked out of North Dakota by Attorney General for pyramiding.
lilly309 2 years ago
That's actually not true at all. It was banned FOR THE TIME BEING because the attorney general sent a letter that needed to be completed and signed to the wrong department of the FHTM corporation. They've since filled out the form and are working to get the situation resolved, which will be soon.

FHTM is a very successful business which u can imagin how they compensate the rep and building up their own team. I recently start it with just only $500, less than 2 weeks i made my initial investment back... network marketing is the trend ... just remember the law of this game...3SW

The reality is almost any company will pay you for refferals
Demain8 2 years ago 5
But, no one else has the payplan, or, the number of companies under contract that you probably already are using. Already using, means, you are already doing out business, but, you are not on our payplan!
zackbailey1 2 years ago
@Demain8

@rrazorbackalumni My post from a year ago was not totally true, it was found there was no partnership at all with companies likeTravelocity, Verizon, Dish, ATT, GE and the list goes on.......Thank you Montana for exposing the truth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the only way a person can make it in this world is if many other don't make it. or making it would lose its meaning.
