YO NICE SET up but, daym u shulda tryd them in a custom ported box, i promise to much hell of a difference, i had my shyt sealed, and once i went ported, the shyt banged harder then ever, fact of the matter is they breathe better. especially when u rollin with 10.

Your dumb. You wont get even close to a BTL. JL is ok. They're more towards SQ not SPL. BTL is more towards SPL. The BTL will blow you out of the water. These L7's will blow you out of the water. Don't talk shit unless you have the knowledge to back it up.

I have to finish what I was saying up here because I typed to much. Anyway, I know for a fact that your w1's are not ever close to being this loud. You w1's couldn't handle the hifonics amp (1600wrms). So don't talk shit. And actually kicker is a lot better that rockford fosgate. And of course a T2 will be louder than an L7. Look at the difference dumbass.

my 3 w1's are running off only 500 watts right now n they still hit hard as hell....if i went up to jl 1000 watt amp itd be insanley loud....im almost positve it could handle 1600 watts but the jl reps dont recommend it.

Not bad, you should glass the whole rear though, you know, mount the amp prettier. Also, you need a bigger amp, sound system damage is typicaly caused by under powered amps cliping and that 1600 you have isn't going to fully power those L7's. I didn't see a cap either. If you don't have one get one, you'll notice a differance as soon as you turn the system up. Go for 2+f min. I have a 1.2f on my 1600w system and it's not enough.

Duals? haha nah. my best freinds, freind has 2 12" duals powered by a dual amp and mine are like 10X as loud. mine has stood up to some 15's as well.

if you want loud dont get duals. go rockford or mtx. best bang for the buck i think. if you can afford L7's then go for it. i love mine.

Yea im planning to get 2 18's and call it good. i was happy with my 10" L7's but i feel like its still not loud enough. plus me and my best freind are kind of competing on whos louder so that driving me toward the BTLs aswell.
