  • If you actually want to check your form, film from the side.

  • I've never done barbell snatching, so take my opinion for what it's worth, but if I were you, I'd work on overhead squat technique to help with this. Snatch grip high pulls could probably help, too, along with snatch grip deadlifting.

  • have ur knees over ur toes, dont have ur toes bent outwards. have them straight ahead.
