As the Inspector003 stated to you "If your a real roofer you should know that what he did is the right way to install a roof jack flashing". Don't have a clue as to what you do in Washington but we'll tell you as an award winning ROOFING CONTRACTOR whats CALIFORNIA BUILDING CODE. So all this talk really doesn't matter because this client and 1,000's more just like them are content that their roof doesn't leak & they contact us faithfully for their other properties as needed.
