I work for Southwest and met Carlos on my plane one time, he was really cool, unlike most "celebrities" who are usually quite rude. He had just gotten back from performing a show for the Troops in Iraq, so I gave him a free drink for THAT, not for being famous, but for enteraining the Soldiers in a war zone.
