I like the MIJ Fenders. Very cool. But, take a look at the Squire CV50/60 stuff. They are killing the Mexican made Fenders and most of the Standard MIA stuff. And I am by no means being bias. I own a Squire CV50, but I also own a FCS Strat. They are almost identical.

the guitar in these vids are not his but theres a vid called "Marty Schwartz - Guitars and Gear - Fender, Gibson, Martin, Heritage, pedalboard, man cave".....in that vid he shows all his equipments and guitar....and he has got a hell lot of guitar.....well he shows only a few of them which he uses in the vids but in the end he shows guitars in a corner and tells that "these are the CHEAP ones"......so you can see that vid too.......Enjoy!!!!.....

Hey Marty, I got a Mexican Fender Stratocaster. The body is quite very heavy. I have noticed that lots of guitars reviewed and featured here in many youtube videos looks like they are ligthweight. Are heavy bodied guitar good or bad? T.y.

I found this lovely Strat MIJ, and it is just beautiful! Unlike the other Strats, it has a top (Kinda like the Les Paul). Made in Japan, just beautiful.

I'm kinda like an alt-metal guitarist. I want to play these textural subtle parts (so I need a nice ringing clean tone) along with the really heavy metal tone (thick ballsy dirty tone). My influences are Steph Carpenter (Deftones), John Frusciante (Red Hot Chili Peppers), and Jonny Greenwood (Radiohead)... Which guitar should I get, Tele or Strat? I've already settled on humbuckers but I'm afraid I'll lose that Fender tone that I love... Should I go dual humbuckers or just single?

I play a Squier Affinity Strat and it´s so damn cool! I really like it cause it just cost about 280 Euros (don´t actually know what is is in Dollars ^^) and it was in a package with a Fender G-Dec Junior amp (10 Watts i think). I think i couldn´t have found something better.
