I live the FISH! Philosophy .. it is fantastic .. some times it is easy .. sometimes not so easy .. just like anything else.The key is to stick with it and when it isn't working .. "be there" enough to find out what happened .. communicate with others and get new ideas... and grow a little .. it is FUN. Sometimes it is simply a matter of "Choosing the right attitude" .. and if you want true reward .. then "Make someone's day"

Been in business since 1977, your living in a pipedream, I have tried all these techniques in so many ways and i have lost count of how many staff have taken the piss or stolen from my business, it does not work
