i remeber coming home when i was young in second grade to watch shows like Gundam Wing, Oulaw Star, DBZ, Yu Yu Hakusho, and Tenchi Muyo, and batman the animated series on toonami on cartoon network, man those were the days, those show actually taught me something about life, like death, the effects of violence, horror of war, being Independent, thinking for yourself, protect the people that you care about, love, and the true face of evil. now a days we have shows like Icarly, and "the city".

I'll raise them on DVDs of classic shows from the 80s & 90s along with cartoons from the Golden age and anime. I implore the rest of you to do the same for the sake of our future as a civilization.

Well there are a FEW good shows. Those shows are slightly crossed into the documentary genre, and therefore have a much more wholesome, and less competetive value. For example Man vs Wild, and Survivorman focus on helping those who are trapped in unlikely-to-happen situations survive. The Colony shows ideas that can be used to survive after a nuclear holocaust, or deadly virus attack. But I concur that ghost whisperer should still be on. It's more wholesome than Jbop.
