@mercur21 Actually the reason why it sounds different is due to the lack of echo compared to a game. I'm sure if they played this in the arena it would sounds the same or extremely close. This was not the goal horn used in 1995, though.

This is simular, but not exact. The ambulance/police car siren part was not originaly heard when when a goal was scored. It was just the horn combined with the Rock and Roll song. This was played from about 1991 - 1994. After the 1994-95 lockout short season started, the changed the siren and song. This siren/song combo went on until the Nords moved in June of that year to Denver.
