@monster1969abc That's not entirely impossible. when they held the 2007 World Junior Championships in California, and the boys team from China had a few 13 year old players. Their level then was at least 2700 US rating. Yan An who is now on the Chinese team is one of them.
Although, William Henzell, is not easy to beat. in the 2008 Olympics, he played a great match with Wang liqin. He won the first game, and on the 2nd game tied at 10-10 he missed a high smash. He could have been up 2-0.
@monster1969abc And u you know why those guys in China are always the best? Cause its there job to play TT pro. The guys in Australia still work 9-5 jobs, train and compete, thats why australian players will never be as good as china and other top countries.
@monster1969abc then why do you care about bragging about china beating Australia when you too are no where near their standards? Is it because you have a problem with others over a sport and that you have nothing else to do?
I noticed all of them play the same stroke on their BH, which is a very powerful off the bounce style. It is good that they are pioneering new techniques.
@ilfully your right this was a pretty poor training session but david powell was sick and their coach wasnt there they normally train way harder than this australia trains as good as any other country in the world
@ilfully your a dick head mate we train just as good as any country the reason we don't play as good is coz we don't have the resources other countries have like money but we still train as hard as anyone even china
@extremetabletennis16 Australian players surely don't train as hard as Chinese, and I suppose not as good as most players of leading table tennis nations like Japan, Korea or Germany. Just look at who trains in Australia: Henzell for example was a good player in 2nd German League, not more. In Düsseldorf there train players as Boll (3), Ovtcharov (15), Süß (23), Steger (25). Of course the niveau there is much higher.
@24dima90 You must also understand that Australian players work 9-5. I bet the players you mentioned don't. These guys do put in as much time and effort as they can. For them it paid off, they got 1st in the world champs in section 3 and now are going up to section 2. Henzell won all his games. I do understand what your trying to so though, all good :)
Before any of you boast about Aussie table tennis, let see if any players in australia can make the top 100 in the world ranking first. those are players Pretty ordinary players in this video, to say the least.
DAMN you keep me from doin' my homework ._.
