It's pretty obvious that the car is being pushed by the truck, so how is it fake?

Also, I do not know where you are from, but in the USA there are no jail sentences for accidents. If the driver(s) are not on drugs and were not road raging, "oops I didn't see the car down there" expunges the truck driver from incarceration.
