why real estate agents are all like idiots? fuck that carpet...maybe I am the buyer and I do not want these carpets at all - maybe I will take them off and throw away the first day I buy the house?

If you would find a good carpet cleaner he could get rid of all those problems no problem. You should base judgment on replacement of carpet on wear not stains many of them can be removed with a knowledgeable cleaner.
