I did this but the game still kicks me after about 2 minutes of playing. The message says: "TheNobleChip PunkBuster kicked player 'TheNobleChip' (for 0 minutes) ... RESTRICTION: Disallowed Program/Driver [125120]"

@xns1p3r Go to Steam and in the top right corner click the Steam tab and then go to settings>In-game tab> and un-check the box that says "enable steam community in-game". That should fix it :)

Ok, if its not in there, just click 'browse' and go to your steam folder and go into the folder called 'common'.

Program Files -> Steam -> Steamapps -> Common -> Call Of Duty 4 ->

@KrapyletPC One of your settings is not allowed on the server. Such as maxfps is too low, or some sort of graphics settings is messed up, just play around with it.

You probably have an overlay on the game or EVGA precision tool running. Disable all ingame overlays(steam,xfire) and if running EVGA precision exit it while you play.

@TheDuke94 if you use steam to play all you have to do is when u open up steam

1.go to File

2.settings

3 In-game

4. and make sure you dont have a check in the *Enable Steam Community In-Game.

The reason you have to un check this box is because punkbuster thinks that this is a hack and will kick you mid game. hopefully this helped you and many others
