pennco tech is the biggest scam out there,trust me i used to work there and i left because i couldn't screw people any more and sleep good at night, from the registration fee to the financial aide, its all a scam, they fix the test when you come in so everyone passes and tell you the you did great on it, go ask people who went there first you'll know who they are there the ones not working.
