There is a little more mis-information about the butterflies in this clip. The Monarch with the missing hindwing is a male, not a female. You can tell by the scent pouch which is visible along a vein on the hindwing. Then the swallowtails that are flirting are actually "Spicebush Swallowtails", not "Black Swallowtails". You can tell by the orange spot on the forward apical margin of the hindwing. They do belong to the same mimicry group as the Black, both mimicking the "Pipevine Swallowtail".

One of two options.
1- It looks like your image stabilizer is messed-up. Check your camera for a "stabilizer" feature.
2- Could also be the refresh rate at 50Hz rather than 60Hz. conflicting with the video conversion of YouTube or your video editing software.
