sometimes i wonder if johnathan had lived to see his show come to life how he would have felt, or if it wouldn't be as big as it was... but then you see the faces of the performers and can't imagine life without rent, it is one of the best ways to celebrate life and it has changed mine for the better. So i thank you Johnathan Larson for being the genius you were and creating the most moving piece of art i have ever seen

Rent started its Broadway run on January 25, 1996, 2 weeks after I was born. I am now 14 and Rent is by far my favorite musical ever. Jonathan Larson's message is so powerful and i hope they bring it back in the near future.

This was so incredible touching. I bawled for the entire last section. I am in a local production of RENT in October. And this is going to add such a depth to my character than before I watched this. Thank you so much.

it's ok guys...rent will be back...the first broadway run has come and gone but there's little doubting that it will return...the suits wanna make $, the show didn't end because of poor sales but most importantly it's one of the most beautiful, emotionally powerful and important shows in broadway history...given all those things, how could it not be back?

This is so sad for me, because I was in the 15th row, I think on the 6th to last show. I cried so hard. It better come back on broadway, there's no other show that touches you so much, because it's all true. "There's only us, There's only this Forget regret, Or life is yours to miss."
