Those fairing stays weren't strong enough. I used to break them all the time doing this bike's 190kph top speed. Needed to be twice as thick. Thanks, Honda.

@Johnnybomb1 I agree with that, cos i'm from portugal and i have a gsxr 600 but when i bought the gixxer i'm looking for the gsxr 400 r that doesn't exist on portugal or even in states to import. The only places is england or asian.. and if i buy some bike by the internet i have to pay close to 2000 dollars only to shipping.. why this kind of bike doesn't sell in europe and states? well.. now i don't care.. i have my baby 200 cc's more and allmost the double in hp's
