@Naphorse thats $450/square. this roof must be at least 100 squares. thats 45000 just for labor, whats left for the contractor? the usual rate for a bundle is what 4-6 dollars

Average roofs 4/12 here with labour and Roof installations 7o Bundle about 7 Grand. the roof on this job is what looks like 400 Bundles all together. easily a 60,000 Dollar Roof. Becuz who is gunna do it??? you get my point? so 60$Gz, then you pay your Labor 45$Gz then Contractor is left with what 15Grand. just for doing fuck all setting work up.
