  • there are hundreds of animals out there who need a lovley person like you to have them xxx

  • so cute

  • In the description it suggests that a french lops life expectancy is four years, I don't think that's the case.. I had a french lop for 8 years and she was 2 when I got her.

  • Aww, sooo cute. The dog's so gentle with the rabbit.

  • Pets were sent here to give us love and receive love from us. You did wonderful in dedicating your love to these two, dont be sad just remember that they lives their life in happiness because of you :o)

  • My rabbit died 21st July this year. I can't tell how much I miss her. We spent 8 great years together.

  • What an adorable duo! <3 Sorry to hear of your loss. :(

  • my dads b-day is July 21st

  • Labs are so cute and caring, my favorite breed!!

  • That's so sweet :).

  • Im so sorry

  • My rabbit died June 24,of 2010. The catch? He was ten years old. Always treat your pet with love and they will surpass life expectancies! :) I bet you are a wonderful pet owner!

  • my rabbit died in 12/11/2007. the vet was a dog vet and she did not treat the rabbit correctly so it died. i will never go back to that place again and i highly dont recommend the vet because she is a lair

  • a species of love that will out-live all man-made and feed the real gods forever

  • aaww that dog looks sooo cute! sorry for your loss, i lost my rabbit to renal failure but we have another one now and he would love to have a good friend like your puppy was :) wonderful vid!

  • so sad for your dogs death

    R.I.P Harry

  • Hi Jessica, very pleased to hear they are not caged anymore, they make wonderful house pets. Just a few ideas - toilet roll inserts stuffed with hay, small cat balls that they can pick up and throw or the little rabbit toys you can buy for the same thing. Cardboard boxes or shoe boxes? Mine liked the bathroom wall paper and nothing could tear him away from it though. They are pretty stubborn little things! The hard sweetcorn chews have always been a favourite with all of mine x

  • I told my husband I just couldn't see our rabbit be locked up in a cage anymore, so I put a litter box in a corner that he found a long time ago and I let him just run around the house. I can't find a certain toy that he likes at all, but he loves to chew on things.

  • Your Dog is very Nice xD

  • I've had rabbits for as long as I can remember. We mated our 2 rabbits and had babies. The mum died a few years back and the dad eventually went last year. HE LIVED 13 YEARS! The babies now are 10 years themselves and still going strong. It kind of freaks me out how they've lasted so long.

  • @LukaRaPtoR wow! 13? what kind of bunny was he?

  • @ikutsu2001 well I may have exaggerated a little. We got him in 1999, he died last year so he was about 11 1/2 years. But it is freaky how he lasted that long. And his baby is now 10 herself. Her brother died a few months ago so now we only have 1 rabbit left. =( Its a shame because we wanted to mate the babies so that we could carry on the genes into another generation but they were too old and nothing happened lol

  • I use to have 2 shih tzus who loved to play with bunnies at their groomers. I so wish I had video of it. Cutest thing I ever seen.

  • awww yay! that makes me happy !! :) i am glad other people know the RIGHT way to take care of their bunnies :) i uploaded a video of my french lop too.. he gets free roam of the apartment and LOVES it :):):)

  • they are cute

  • poor bunny! sorry to hear it's gone! :-)

  • wow thats a big bunny

  • I am so sorry about your bunny, They are truly beautiful and simply precious. They

just have this wonderful aura about them

  • I love rabbits, sorry for your loss..I know what you went through, my rabbit was taken by a damn fox :(

  • Sorry for your loss. You are so right. Rabbits should not be in a hutch or cage. I have 3 house bunnies that are potty trained and very clean. Great point you made. People should always adopt from a rabbit rescue and not a pet store and be well educated on rabbits prior to getting one. Go to any rabbit rescue, just google it they are in every city for a wealth of information. One i like is the Bunny Bunch in MOntclair California. Google it and get a ton of info on health and free nail clippings!

  • RIP in Pet Heaven Lyla!

  • You are so right. I think rabbits make great indoor pets. I have one female dutch and she is so funny to watch play. She and my dog get along great too!

  • In April, my rabbit died of respiratory failure. She will be missed.

  • a rabbit that thinks its a dog lol

  • This is very cute... and if your dog is like our dogs, the reason he is pawing at Lyla towards the end of the video is because he wants her to give him some "treats"! (Yes, for those of you out there who don't know, dogs love to eat bunny poops! I've never met a dog who doesn't. I know it's kind of gross, but I've seen dogs do grosser than that!) My dogs love our bunnies because they think they're cute little "Pez dispensers." :-) I'm sorry you lost your sweet Lyla. She was a beautiful bunny.

  • Hi thank you for your comment. Yes, Harry loves the 'treats' supplied by Lyla. He usually followed her around with his nose under her bum waiting, I hadn't realised his pawing was actually a reuqest for more! Thank you for explaining that! I have two more French lop boys now, they are only 11 weeks but my goodness don't their characters shine through quickly! I hope to put some videos of these two on here asap.

  • i like your video cuz the dog just leaves that bunny alone some other videos the dogs hurt the bunnys

  • Thank you for your comment! It took around 8 months of training Harry (the dog) to get to the stage where I could 100% trust him around the rabbit. I just want to mention that in case some people think this is just natural. It is not hard to teach a dog to be careful around a rabbit but it does take time and a lot of patience. I too have seen the videos where the dogs are obviously not under control and scare or hurt the rabbits and it is a shame because it is not necessary!!!

  • @BeckaJRose you are such a wise and responsible pet owner, good ffor you :)

  • @buddy4bunnies

    Haha yeh i know.

My rabbit makes the mess and my dogs are like vacuum cleaner.

  • That was way cute. I never knew rabbits played like that...especially with dogs!

  • My dog is the stocky breed of labrador and in this video he was actually a fine weight of 30kg. He also has had a total hip replacement in his back right leg due to hip dysplasia (replaced at just 1 year old) and has severe hip dysplasia in his back left leg which sorely limits the amount of exercise he can do and, being a typical lab, he sure does love his food! I do my absolute best to keep him as healthy as possible and most of all, as happy as possible.

  • Your lab is very good looking

  • the 2 of them look so cute together

  • wow

  • i love the look on the dogs face like.. "wtf is that thing!?"

  • LOLOLOL!!! that's exactly what i was thinking!

  • youre bunny is big and cute!

  • Your bunny is on steroids. And it's CUTE!!!!!!!!!!!

  • cute
