@Zero254: Street Fighter EX3 is actually #4 out of the worst fighting games ever made due to having bad graphics and bad advertizing and Street Fighter The Movie was the same however it had digitized graphics. Shaq Fu was the worst fighting game overall because Shaq Fu had bad controlls.
All of those are opnions though.
There are way worse fighting games than that one.

I liked EX3 it just didn't have that great of advertizing.
Sf4 is basically ex 4.
