@Clank9996 it was brought over by capcom back in May. The game is ridiculously fun, but really needs a Classic Controller Pro to play well. Online is still full to the brim with people, the game is definitely not dead.

@yakiyami The game is basically about fighting and perfecting bosses. There's plenty of other things you can do, but hunting is really where it's at and everything else is just boring in comparison. There are no levels and rpg elements are limited to what kind of weapons and armor you use and general item collecting/gathering. The game emphasizes player skill more than anything else.

This game is my favorite game on the wii atm. At 370 hours of playtime, Galaxy 1 and 2 just can't compare.

I started to play a few days ago. It takes a little time to you learn what you can do in the game, I still don't know everything. The little I played, I enjoyed, it's a game you have to get for your Wii (after SMG2, if you still don't have it =x)

Yes it all makes. The wii dominates in Japan and so does MHTri put that together and thats a killer combo. They werent thinking about america when they made it. Also it was expensive to put on PS3

Man, if only the hammers were fast like that on the PSP versions. This game looks pretty sick however I would prefer a different consol. But since nintendo and MH are both in japan I guess I can say it is pretty obviouse that they would choose to work together.

Not even close. You're a hunter and you do quests to gather materials/hunt down monsters. You use materials to build better weapons/armor/items to help you beat stronger monsters. Thats the jist of it.
