He could have pulled her on top of him as sometimes happens when people make out. She also didn't go into detail as to what happened after she found herself on top. She may not of understood what was going on because she was stunned that someone she trusted was betraying her causing her to freeze up

There was a case of a judge ruling that a woman in jeans was not raped because while he was tring to get her jeans off she could have faught. which is what led to jeans for justice. if you dissagree with this ruling ware jeans this october.

Thank you so much for posting this video. It happened to me recently by my husbands BEST friend of 35 years and I did report it and go to the hospital and police. It just shows me that you can't trust ANYONE. I think that when a man sexually assaults a woman and gets away with it, it's like saying he's free to do it again. It happened to me years ago by a cop on duty at a bar and I didnt report him because I was too scared to. I swore I wouldn't make that mistake again! SPEAK OUT! GET JUSTICE!

Drinking alcohol does put you in a higher risk but women put themselves in risk by going to parties and drinking. Kkemp- that's the point. People make choices while they're under the influence that they wouldn't make while sober. Hence the saying "it seemed like a good idea at the time." The victim isn't always even conscious (hello, date rape drugs, too much drinking, etc). If the victim IS sober enough to change her mind the man no longer has the right- it's no longer sexual consent. In other words, a person doesn't typically make good choices while intoxicated, b/c that's what alcohol does to the body.

Please make sure you think twice before going to the police. People make mistakes, if you made a bad judgment call and were drunk, you still said yes when it counted. People shouldn't be afraid of speaking out. If you feel like something is wrong, I strongly suggest going to the hospital and getting a rape kit collected. You don't have to push charges then but you know have evidence in the future.

I understand guys are wrongfully accused but its the responsibility of both parties to make sure no one gets hurt. You don't let a friend drive home drunk, just like you shouldn't have drunk sex or have sex with someone who is drunk.

See if your city or state has a Victim's Assistance program. If you're pressing charges you can also check with the prosecuting attorney. They should be able to offer some financial help or even ensure that you don't lose your job (legally you have rights as well).

I know it has been happening forever, but, around where I live, sexuall assault and rape is rarely acknowlaged so it is rarely known as a crime, and, due to the shit education myself and most other's I know have had, no one knows if it is "right" or "wrong," hence why I was assaulted at 11 by a friend. Yes, in some places they are trying to stop this, but as far as my area is concerned we live in silence for the most part.

It happened to me recently, subsequently I was left with bruising and torn skin in between my legs, I have nowhere to go, it wiped out my finances because I booked into a motel to feel safe. There are some women that cry sexual assault irresponsibly, but so many others are genuine. They wanted to take photos of me and question me, but I felt like I was being a branded a whore and I didn't have proof at the time. In hindsight I would have fried him.
