Kiss was so tight musically, the guys were great musicians, especially Gene and Ace. I bought all Kiss' records back in the mid-70's when I was like 11 or 12 years old and still have a few left in my vinyl collection. Saw them back in 78 79 and 80......those were surely the greatest days ever.

I can see how musicians who'd grown up listening to the beatles or who liked the Zeppelin would've been horrified at these guys.Kiss was always ahead of the curve when it came to where the biz side was going---Their big splashy shows and costumes predicted the MTV era,where how the VIDEO LOOKED was almost more important than the song itself,or at least equally important.
