Also, I'd rather have a great performance by a band not jumping around than one that's full of energy but sounds like ass. Danzig could pull off the crazy stage antics & still sound good in the past, but not anymore.

No, but they never looked drained, uninspired, and lifeless onstage, and no band should. Have you seen Anthrax? Testament? Death Angel? For crying out loud, Dio, in his dying years, had more life and he was old.
