Where Lumes is located IS indeed Beverly Hills, but as times changed, so did the name and was later shortened to Beverly. Lumes has 4 other locations in the southern suburbs of Chicago as well, Orland Park, Palos heights, Frankfort and Batavia.

The name of the neighborhood is actually Beverly. You should check out Grandma's on Armitage (N. Side). You'll enjoy the baked apple pancakes.
