The video itself seems more focused on lingering shots of an iPod with wheels with the unspoken declaration, "We want you to be distracted by your in-car entertainment until you crash into a wall like some moron."

I don't get it. What's the big deal with this car. So it changes shape SLIGHTLY to accommodate 3 passengers instead of 1...and by "SLIGHTLY" it really is just slightly.

I think as far as revolutionary, evolutionary or innovative technological exercise in automotive engineering goes, the BMW GINA concept is much, much more impressive.

Yes, it is. But we've seen many electric cars these days. It's swiss, and since I am swiss aswell, and I can say, that in the past, we were leading in electric car technology. But time passed by, and as long as the car isn't powered by the iPhone itself, is is just another electric car, that either won't go into production, or can't be paid for by the average people.
