Actually, "awesome" was a bit of an understantement. This is probably the best song in the entire game, let alone every single Dune game ever made, and rival classics from the C&C series such as Hell March and Prepare for battle, the best songs from Red Alert and Tiberian Dawn respectively. Surrounded comes in a close second place, with House Harkonnen hot on heels on the third place. Not only are they good songs, they are very fitting for the Harkonnen.

@galex50 Sort of yeah >:D Although I always did think this song in particular sounds almost heroic at times. It's like they took the best elements of the Atreides music (horns and an epic, orchestrated feeling) and mixed it with the more insidious-sounding Harkonnen music (vicked drums, electric guitars and occasional boop-beep-ba-ba-ba-boopee sounds, like at 2:20). 1:14 and a minute on is an excellent example of this sound.

Also, this game's OST is still my fav music, even after 1 year.

OMG! where do you have these from? they weren't in the emperor for dune OST album!!! and i miss them!!! by the way - is there still a emperor: battle for dune playing community? if yes, where? i was a fanatic of this game since the release but never played the game online, servers were already down.

I would suppose that the song is exactly the same as the game, unless the YouTube upload lost some quality in the process. >_>

I looked up ghola.mp3 on Google. It gave me a site where I got all but one of the songs from.

I'm not sure if there is still an online playing community. Google could help you there.

Update: I was just looking at the recent comment I got on this video from jasonisunavailable, and then I skimmed through previous comments in effect. I am pleased to say to you that you can now download this song via the download link found on the details panel to the right of the video. In fact, you can download any and all of the songs from the E:BFD OST now, as I have done this with all of the E:BFD videos.

I think it sounds just the same. But maybe you are confusing it for the one used in the install, that one is a mix of several songs, this one included.
