OK I knew this guy was lying or ignorant when he said an office fire cannot melt steel. When you have wood, carpet and textiles on fire, they can melt steel. They used wood to melt steel in mid-evil times. So it's clear this guy knows nothing about metallurgy. Fires can reach thousands of degrees, more than enough to melt steel even more than enough to weaken steel. For these conspiracy theories to be true, tens of thousands of people would need to be "in on it". 9/11 truthers are delusional.
This video at 0:40 shows nothing to prove the existence of thermite. Thermite as shown in the tests burns for a very short time, not the source of what was happening for a while at the north east corner. Also, the burning was right beside the large hole the plane made, burning through one more outer wall column at this point would accomplish nothing. This video shows thermite burning through thin steel. The argument is that it burned through main support columns. Do a test on 5 inch thick steel
@JonnyPitiful Actually the third floor collapsed and the building fell from that. All that weight suddenly coming down caused the building to collapse on itself. Thermite was not found at WTC 7. The building was heavily damaged and burned for hours. All through the day as I watched live, they said WTC 7 was about to collapse because of structural damage from the fire. They were right. There were also no demo explosions in series heard.

In order to have a complete collapse, you would have to cut all of the supports in the building for it to collapse or else the building collapse would slow down from all of the support columns in the building. WTC1 only hit part of wtc 7, it only caused minimal damage, plus WTC1 was over 300 ft away from the wtc 7 and mostly turned to dust during its collapse. Structural engineers and architects say so.

How the hell would you plant thermite into the 48 core columns? You can't sneak several hundred pounds of explosives through security. Even if you did, you would need to shut down one of the elevators to plant it. You can't do that without security or maintenance spotting that.

I suggest that anybody who believes the falsities presented in this video reads the NIST report (the actual "official story"). NIST _denies_ the idea that steel melting caused or even contributed to the collapse, or that the fires prior to collapse burned hot enough to melt steel. The NIST report concludes that the towers collapsed due to a combination of damage caused by the impacts of the jets, and the resulting fires weakening (not melting) steel.
Also, this video states that "NASA took photos indicating very high temperatures days after the event". By presenting this evidence, is the video alleging that thermite was _still_ burning days after the event?
Presenting evidence of fires that burned days after the collapse bear no significance to what caused the collapse, unless you're ridiculously suggesting that thermite was still burning for days afterwards.

Big problem with this video: the eyewitness at 6:48 was a witness to the IMPACT of the PLANE, not a witness to the building's collapse. The explosion and light flash he described was of the jet hitting the building. He was on the 81st floor when the explosion of the plane hitting happened. He was lucky to get out. If he had been on the 81st floor when the collapse happened, he would be dead, obviously. Well, I guess it isn't obvious to the gullible tinfoilers.

@lightningxx there was "renovations" going on in the towers, months and months before the actual incident. workers also noted strange white powder and unfamiliar equipment being used inside the lift instalations (next to the core structures).

the design of the towers caused a total collapse basically. The great force and weight of the falling top section would blow connections out of the steel trusses which were not designed to withstand this. With no more trusses holding the perimeter and core together the top section would push the perimeter columns outward and crush the core. some of the core remained because the top section was not intact and fell apart throughout the collapse but the core couldnt stand alone.

OK I knew this guy was lying or ignorant when he said an office fire cannot melt steel. When you have wood, carpet and textiles on fire, they can melt steel. They used wood to melt steel in mid-evil times. So it's clear this guy knows nothing about metallurgy. Fires can reach thousands of degrees, more than enough to melt steel even more than enough to weaken steel. This video at 0:40 shows nothing to prove the existence of thermite. Thermite as shown in the tests burns for a very short time, not the source of what was happening for a while at the north east corner. Also, the burning was right beside the large hole the plane made, burning through one more outer wall column at this point would accomplish nothing. This video shows thermite burning through thin steel. The argument is that it burned through main support columns. Do a test on 5 inch thick steel

@JonnyPitiful Actually the third floor collapsed and the building fell from that. All that weight suddenly coming down caused the building to collapse on itself. Thermite was not found at WTC 7. The building was heavily damaged and burned for hours. All through the day as I watched live, they said WTC 7 was about to collapse because of structural damage from the fire. They were right. There were also no demo explosions in series heard.

In order to have a complete collapse, you would have to cut all of the supports in the building for it to collapse or else the building collapse would slow down from all of the support columns in the building. WTC1 only hit part of wtc 7, it only caused minimal damage, plus WTC1 was over 300 ft away from the wtc 7 and mostly turned to dust during its collapse. Structural engineers and architects say so.

How the hell would you plant thermite into the 48 core columns? You can't sneak several hundred pounds of explosives through security. Even if you did, you would need to shut down one of the elevators to plant it. You can't do that without security or maintenance spotting that.

It wasn't necessarily steel. The planes that hit were made of aluminum, which indeed melts at the temperature stated in the video and becomes a bright yellow/orange. Hmm forgot about all that Aluminum huh? Where was all this stuff hiding in the WTC? Were the office workers unaware of people coming in everyday to do construction work in the building that they never saw? Were they unaware of the noise that had to be made to set this up? I suggest that anybody who believes the falsities presented in this video reads the NIST report (the actual "official story"). NIST _denies_ the idea that steel melting caused or even contributed to the collapse, or that the fires prior to collapse burned hot enough to melt steel. The NIST report concludes that the towers collapsed due to a combination of damage caused by the impacts of the jets, and the resulting fires weakening (not melting) steel.

Very good video showing that thermite could, in fact, be used to cut steel. But that being said, I still doubt the govt. consp theory for several reasons: 1) In order to invade Iraq they blame 9/11 on 19 Saudis - our allies - when they could've just as easily blamed it on 19 Iraqis??? 2) The video misleadingly begins by talking about melted steel as if that's part of the NIST theory. Big problem with this video: the eyewitness at 6:48 was a witness to the IMPACT of the PLANE, not a witness to the building's collapse. The explosion and light flash he described was of the jet hitting the building. He was on the 81st floor when the explosion of the plane hitting happened. He was lucky to get out. If he had been on the 81st floor when the collapse happened, he would be dead, obviously. Well, I guess it isn't obvious to the gullible tinfoilers.

the design of the towers caused a total collapse basically. The great force and weight of the falling top section would blow connections out of the steel trusses which were not designed to withstand this. With no more trusses holding the perimeter and core together the top section would push the perimeter columns outward and crush the core. some of the core remained because the top section was not intact and fell apart throughout the collapse but the core couldnt stand alone.

Because, admitting thermate brings up questions of access and agency to carry it out. NIST has the patent on Nano thermite, they were also the ones asked to write the final reports for the collapses. The original report purposely avoided WTC7, which follows with the admins/media complete denial of explosives or accelerants at all. Activated and Non-activated thermate particles were found in all the dust, including from apartment windows no where near ground crews cutting steel/debris

@Openeyes777 no the us was never funding alqueda. the us simply ignored them because alqueda was fighting the soviets. which was the big enemy to the us back in the 80s. ALqueda just blew a shit when the US decided not to end its support to isreal and when saudi arabia requested help from the us during the gulf war when Iraq invaded kuwait. The terrorist all had college educations, they were very determined and very intelligent.

@RBAWilcox And no you wouldn't need all the people you mentioned! there are ways of going around these people! If you ran a country and had unlimited power don't you think you could get around a little security weather it be at a port or in a building or at an airport? most operations carried out with these kinds of goals keep the personell to a minimum!

@Openeyes777 but think of this. The wtc was not in some town where planted bombs undercover would be easy. The wtc is in NYC, Over 50,000 people live in nyc. And not some run down part of nyc. The wtc was basically a city within a city. thousands of people passed through its doors each day. How could demolition crews get away with planted bombs without being spotted by anyone. Remember your in a very populated area of new york. You have yet to show evidence of demolition crews planting bombs

@RBAWilcox so with such a high amount of traffic you think someone would notice people bringing in construction equipment to a building that was haveing some work done on it in the fist place?

@Openeyes777 The only work going on in the towers was replacing the foam fireproofing and updating the electronic security systems. You don't need bombs and thermite to do all that. You don't need wires and explosives. You don't need construction equiptment to remove spray on fireproofing and Update some security systems. Plus a building of that size to undergoe a demolition would take more than a year to plant explosives as said by demolition experts.

@RBAWilcox if you planed on destroying a building with explosives it wouldn't take much after you ram a jet into the side of one! people keep saying it would take months and months of planing and atleast a year to rig it properly to bring it down in a controlled demolition yet they did come down as if in a controlled demolition! if it would take to much planning to do that how did a single plane bring one down in a controlled fall!

@Openeyes777 Yeah but how would the bombs bypass the security which after the 1993 bombings was updated to detect explosives. You mean to tell me that they carried each bomb piece by piece and managed to plant the explosives and thermite devices which could withstand a plane impact and ensuing fires in only a few weeks without being seen by any of the thousands of people who walked through the towers each day. And then be able to somehow activate the device wireless without any explosions heard

@RBAWilcox If i knew how they did it i would explain it! all i know is what actually happend isn't congruent with the official story! and how the towers fell would not happen unless there were secondary devices present! the events that unfolded on 9/11 would never happend if there wasn't some kind of inside help! the air defences were pretty much down! the towers fell in an unbelievable manner and WTC7 should never have fallen! how they carried out there plan i have no idea!
