@Mc0Muffin no i braided my hair up and i sew the cap onto my braids and it can take about 1 hr and a half.. it last me about 1 month for a glue weave and about 2-3 months if you sew the weave in..i like using a cap tp protect my hair better and its easier for me to take the weave off and its also faster to take out when u use a cap.

With your curling tech...it looks like you're squeezing your irons soo tightly that your tension is too hard for the hair to feel the heat..it's like you're sqeezing the life out of the hair...loosen your tension and your curl will be much better...hope I could help
