It's nice to see a behind the scenes view.

Actually, seeing the frozen egg rolls reminds me to look for some next time I go to the store.

I've made them by hand in the past....but it's such a bother. And to tell you the truth, I don't think my home made ones were as good as the frozen ones. (and I definitely can never duplicate the Chinese take-away's egg rolls. The cattlemen's gold looks interesting....

That POV taught me that, although the fridge does an adequate job at keeping things cold, it's not at all sound proof! First take, with the camera inside and the door closed, the phone rang. I could hear the brief conversation… "I'll call back in a few, my camera is in the refrigerator"!
