I was meant to be born the same year TITO died. My parents struggled to have a child for 10 years finally having me the same year Yugoslavia official broke apart. The town people back home said i was born because TITO was grieving to see his country broken apart and i am to unite her. Whether or not that is true, I hope one day Yugoslavia can prosper once again and bring true peace and democracy as TITO did.
my dad till this day holds Tito in high regards, he was in the Yugoslavian Army and has told me numerous story how he was guarding his Presidential house on a Croatian island. Back then everyone had money and could go on holidays and have a rich diet, now u go to the balkans and its either u r rich or extremely poor.
tito wasnt equal with churchill, reagan, and others,he was ABOVE them.belive me,you'll never and nowhere see leader witjh such love and passion for his country and ppl.you'll never see even most "powerfull" man, like obama, willing to risk ALL for his benefit, and power to be alone and INDEPENDENT.Ppl,today NOT SINGLE ONE country is independent.even ONLY great superforce today, america is slave of great britain queen, federal reserves an d so on (corporations,rotchilds....)Long live TITO!!!
Tito Was Perfect wee all live a good life in yugoslavja i remeber traveling in 1973 to Germany, Austria, Italy ,France and many more contrys with no visa Tito provided safty for all of his sons Tito was the great and he is not forgaten by thrue Yugoslavs one day in the future all this yung generation will lern how Tito was and wat he did for his contry
stalin was the gravedigger of the october revolution, tito was the gravedigger of the gravedigger. he didnt destroy communism, he destroyed stalinism. may his legacy never die.
When Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia where still together in Yugoslavia, everything was right. But now that we're split nothing is right.
He had no choice but to fight Stalin. But by doing that he unintentionally stopped the spread of communism, thus starting the process that led to the collapse.
A god man. Not his intent, but that´s what it meant.
The conclusion is that he truly was the destroyer of Communism: /
Tito's real neame was Josua Ambroz Mayer he was born in Austrian capital Vienna on May 7, 1891. His true physical father was Samuel Mayer, a rich Polish Jew.
Josua Ambroz Mayer was anti-serb he did everything to destroy Serbian people and he sold half of Kosovo to albanians.
This was Stalin's idea, he sent this imposter to rule over Yugoslavia. It's time people came out of the dark ages into the light, it's now 2010. No more excuses for ignorance.
i am born in 1980 in germany with yugoslavian background. when i went on holiday to yugoslavia in a every house a picture of tito was hanging at the wall. From 1991 all this picture are gone and tito never exist how sad.
What a piece of anticommunism. Tito did not destroy communism. It was stalin who did it, in 1922 when he became leader of the russian communist party.
Tito was a nationalist, and was never a communist. But Americans don't see the difference between stalinism and communism.
some of most important facts are missing... it was not so black and white about this man... but fact is that most of yugoslav people lived better during his rule...
And when i read here what Ustase&Cetniks write i can just say now well done RETARDS you manage to destroy Nation&Country and what did you gain ? to become 3 world countryes that you cant go in toilet whithout VIZA and that you go on holliday once every 10 years that you think what you going to eat every day
Yugoslavs could go everywhere in world and proudly say i m yugoslav now try to go out from your shity countryes and say i m croat or serb and see what happends!
I have not seen anything about Bleiburg and more than 200 000 people killed one month after the II WWar. I have not seen anything about Stepinac. And Tito was also nationalist because he turn away from Stalin. And the war in nineties was agression from Yugoslav People Army (JNA) und the Serbs in it against all other nations in Yugoslavia. And the peace in Bosnia have Croatians and Muslims solider achieve because the Serbs lieaders didn't want it. Read more!!!
tito was a great leader and visionarie...but what good is a country that needs someon like tito to keep us together...wee need to have the same vision like him for it to work...no one is to blame for what happened to us but oure self's!!!Most wars started because of the nacionalisam and religion, and religion is the one that say's "do not kill"...I am a Croat and one of my best friends is a Serb and he is a great guy...live and let live!!fuck cetnik's and ustasa's, thay were all butchers to me.
Tito was not visionarie because his vision died with him. Nobody live any more his vision. He worked just for him self. Not for Yugoslavia, not for anybody. That ist the point of this movie.
I see religious, nationalist, and racial fundamentalism and hate, as the causes of human suffering and war. However, I dream of a day when all of "my" people (those speaking bosnian, croatian, serbian or any hybrid of the 3 languages [technically 1]) could stand united as one nation.
Does such a dream make me a nationalist? And if, so is it bad? I would dream of a world without borders where all people were united but I'm sad to admit that, such a vision is too much of a stretch for humanity.
This is not a stretch. I fully agree with you and I have had the pleasure of meeting good people from all over our former Yugoslavia. This documentary is horrible. Ive watched all episodes and they all salute Tito. Its disgusting! Tito did many good things (so did Hitler) but he was primarily a dictator and murderer. How can people who are supposed to be democratic historians and experts from the west salute a simple undemocratic dictator and butcher? How can they do a documentary without even mentioning the slaughter of 200 000 Croats, mostly civilians, in the Austrian town of Bleiburg?
So spoketh the facist. Don't make me ask you to rewind this documentary to the part of what the Ustasa did to their own people? Easy to point fingers at others when you're willing to ignore the shit at your own doorstep.

You have to feel proud to be from Balkans and to descend from that beautiful country named Jugoslavija!
the World War I did not even start in Sarajevo, it was just an assassination there, the great war started when the arrogant super powers declared war on one another.
