No this is exactualy how lousiana is seriously i know it my friend lives in texas and they all come there and make the schools hell. I dont get it in washington state my school has 5-8% drop out rate seriously that not even that bad considering most those kids have to learn the hard way. i heard 80% of kids in lousiana wont finish highschool. Not suprising to me they should do this make some those kids go into the military and serve 2 years trust me that will get them into shape.

Being a native of New Orleans, I find this to be pretty typical of Louisiana as a state. Mismanaged, corrupt, full of good old boy politics. This however is not the worst the state has to offer. It gets much worse. This is just a failed attempt at uplifting a community by telling our young men that they can be rappers instead of doctors or lawyers.
